Pulsing Steroids is a Waste in my opinion. (And the opinions of Many others).

I would start with superdrol and just take a regular 20mg a day

A fixed test dose for the entire 16 weeks is not optimal. You may wish to increase the dose at some point (or not). 5 mg LGD is just silly. Don't know about pulsing orals, but doesn't seeme to be popular.

Pick either LGD or superdrol and run it the last 8 weeks, 4 weeks for superdrol. If you choose LGD, increase the dosage to 10mg at the very least.
