Whats up guys? Thanks to @delsolrob for allowing me to test out the new Iconic Formulations 3ad topical. I enjoy literally any product from the iconic/ironlegion/alphagainz lines so I expect big things! I’ll be doing 50mgs in the AM daily until week 5 where I’ll be messing with the dose. Here’s my current stats.

Height: 5'11
Weight as of this morning: 249lb (thic)
Calories: roughly 3000-3200 daily
Goal: recomp

Other supps are vasoblitz/turmeric/multi/whey

Not to sure what to expect from this stuff but I am currently on day 3. Nothing to note as of yet. I’ll have a nood up tomorrow hopefully. Any questions please ask!

Workout: Chest/delts/tri

Had a nice workout this morning. Running John Meadows new Avalanche program, currently on week 3.

Smith incline- 95x20 135x20 185x15x3
DB incline-60x6x2 80x8x3
Machine Fly-115x10 w/10 partials x2
Dips-2x failure
DB swings-30x30x3
Y-raise- 15x12x4
Lying KB extensions- 30x12x4
Rope push downs-80x12x4

Workout was on point this morning, highly doubt it was the 3ad this early on but my pump was great. Applied 50mg post shower. Anyone else’s super crystally? I tried shaking and heating up in the sink to negate this. Besides that, goes on smooth and dries like a typical salvo base.

no crystally in mine, lol...if it is only slightly crystalized try just running hot water over the bottle, if that doesnt work put bottle in pan of boiling water and remove from heat-let sit for around 3 minutes....honestly, mine is smooth as silk.

No crystals here. Is it very cold where you're at? I had some Apex stuff show up this winter that was a little gelled and the hot water trick worked for me.

if there are any crystals in it, you just need to give the bottle a hot water bath - dm me if you need instructions. I still have a few bottles here and they are still completely clear

Yessir, I still have some crystals in it. Done two hot water baths so far and it is getting better the more I do it. I’m not really too concerned

i've noticed better pumps and muscles getting fuller, but not really much strength increase as of yet.

Yessir, I still have some crystals in it. Done two hot water baths so far and it is getting better the more I do it. I’m not really too concerned
leave it in HOT water until all the crystals are gone - if there are any crystals then they'll grow

Update:

Hit some legs on Saturday and then I took off Sunday completely. My body feels good and healthy even though I’m pretty heavy at the moment. Just hit some back/biceps now.

Meadows row- 50x15, 75x5x2, 100x8, 100x8>75x8
Cable chest pull- 75x10x4
Incline DB row-70x10x3
Banded DB pullover- 50x10x3 w/red band
BB hyper extensions-135x12x3
Crunches- 40x3
BB curl-65x10x4
Pinwheel curl-25x12x3

Good workout, felt strong. No strength gains or noticeable pumps yet. My skin feels pretty good as well, no irritation. I will note my body gets pretty flushed after I apply and for the most part of the day. I like it though, makes me think it’s doing its job

Update:

Workouts have been consistent. I did a 2 mile run yesterday morning and hit some Shoulders/tris last night. Just a quick pump workout, looked like this.

DB Swings- 25x35x4
Wide grip BB Press- 115x8x4
BB over and backs- 65x10x3
DB side laterals- 15x20x4

Lying KB extensions- 35x10x4
Dual Handle push downs-90x10x4

Just a quick pump workout but I definitely felt good. Muscles had a very nice fullness to them. Still doing 50mg first thing in the morning after a shower.

Update:

No weights today, got busy with the family. Managed a 4 mile run in the evening though that went surprisingly well.

One thing to note after today’s application, skin got really irritated on my upper chest and shoulders. It’s like it came out of nowhere tbh. I’ll probly apply on my forearms for the next few days and see if it clears up. Gonna hit some chest tomorrow and most likely do some form of cardio so I’ll update once complete!

Yessir, forearms got it today.

Hit some rowing this morning as my form of cardio for the day. Did 5k at a 1:50-2 minute pace which was pretty decent. Just made this purchase so it was fun to finally use it.

Had an awesome workout tonight. Hit some chest/shoulders/tris. Lots of energy and the weights were moving pretty well.

DB bench- 4-5 warm up sets ranging from 15-20 reps>80x10x2 working
BB bench- 275x6x4
DB fly- 25x12x3
Stretch push-ups- 1xfailure

Band rear delt fly- 3 sets of 20
DB side laterals- 25x12x3
DB press- 50x10x4

Dual handle tri extension-90x12x4
BB floor press- 225x6x4

Still doing 50mg in the AM. Nothing crazy to note tbh. No strength or size gains but my mood is definitely elevated. I’ll probly bump to 75-100mg once my first bottle is done.

What’s up guys? Still puttin around with my 50mg AM dosing. My workouts have been great so far. Still nothing noticeable in regards to strength or size improvements but I feel good. I’ve been getting in multiple workouts per day so I guess I can say my endurance is up. In the last 4 days I’ve been able to run a combined 10 miles/row 15k, and hit every body part with a good amount of sets. Body is feeling on point for sure.

Gonna some cardio/hitt tomorrow morning then do a back/bi’s lift in the evening. Debating whether or not to bump to 75-100mg this week ... That is if its cool with you @delsolrob ? I keep seeing multiple users getting significantly better results than me so I’m debating if my weight is playing a role in this.
