AMS WorkHorse Stack Questions

I picked this stack up as it was a great deal and now am in the process of figuring out the dosing protocol along with a few others in the promotion thread so I brought it here.
2 bottle 1-Andro RDe
2 bottles DecaSARM RDe
2 bottles Arom-X RDe
1 Body Mortar blue raspberry
1 Pump Fixx orange
Most is self explanatory except the ones that really count, 2 bottle 1-Andro RDe, and 2 bottles DecaSARM RDe. So the recommended dose is 1 cap twice daily for both per the label. Now, heres the options I come up with....

16 wk run
1A 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0
Ds 0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2

1A 0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2

8 wk run

6 wk run alternating 2 am of 1a and 1 of Ds and reverse in the pm dose

I am leaning tward the 6 week protocol, im an experienced user but I cant really find any logs on the stuff and I honestly dont understand the scientific studies on this kind of stuff. 8 weeks is a little long for me to be shut down personally and I have really never had any sides on any PHs so I dont think the exdra dose per day will affect me much. So im looking for a little guidance, would be nice to hear it from AMS on their thoughts. Thanks for the help!
 
Im thinking about a 12 weeks 6 deca sarm followed by 6 weeks 1 ad. You get the extra dose and make a long summer stack with pct 4 weeks this will take me 4 months and through the summer with a hard lean striated look. Im excited plus we get the pre workout and bcaa's! :dance:

how much was this stack? I'm running 1-andro and 4-ad double doses and getting great results
 
there was a ams workhorse thread for the first 20 people it was like $145. which was on here yesterday I got it last night.
 
Run the DecaSarm either leading up and into the 1 andro or after PCT. don't run the two together. We haven't has any reports of people being shut down while on DecaSarm. You could us it leading up to the 1andro to lean out while holding strength going into your cycle or the same when done with it.

What should you honestly expect to gain with 6 weeks ds and 6 weeks 1-ad my friend?
 
8-10 lbs with enough cals and solid training
 
Yes!! can't wait for this to come in I was lucky enough to get it for that discounted price I've ran other ams kits and other Phs but none got me as amped as this one I'm thinking of doing either plan a or b

Leaning toward plan a so I can get the andro in at about the 3rd week like alot of Phs it's a few weeks before you fell the potencial of most

Don't overlap the DecaSarm with the 1andro. At least not if you want it to work as a potential SARM. run it leading up to the 1andro or after pct.

DO NOT run decasarm with with 1 andro......i would run decasarm first then 1andro then pct....

Yea since this version has the Sarm in it vs their other decavol rd tabs I was kinda iffy on crossing them so Ill keen that advice and do the taper method

Plan b 2.0 ftw! Just need a few more tweeks to it and to flip it to deca 1st to lean out fallowed by the 1 andro after.
 
Nothing bad will happen if you run DecaSarm with 1 andro you will just end up negating the sarm properties of it and cause it to work more like decavol with 1 andro.

I also purchased this stack mainly for the decasarm, 1-andro tends to cause a little shedding with me so I will be selling this on. Instead of that I was going to use the two bottles of dermacrine cream I have lieing around, 8 weeks of both decasarm and dermacrine, what yall think ?

I want your dermacrine with the 1-ad.
 
When is a good time to take the decasarm pre workout??? or in between meals? I have only seen one thread with someone saying they took in between meals. Todays an off day but I was going to go for a hike and thought I might pop one about a half hour before.

Just split your doses up 8hrs or so apart. So take one in the morning and again in the late afternoon.
 
So I understand that you guys are recommending we use the decaSARM either prior to the 1-ad or after PCT...but is this stack meant to be broken down into two separate runs, or no? How would you recommend running both bottles of 1-ad & both bottles of deca for one cycle, or is that not recommended?

Personally I would run the DecaSarm right up to the 1ad to lean out and maintain or gain some strength in prep for the 1ad. Run the 1ad then go into pct.
 
I like it so far and im using it as a bridge before 1-ad for that reason too. I was on 25 mgs ostarine before so im interested to see the similarities between them. so far so good.
 
no need to, its non hormonal......though a light pct may be required in cycles up to 8 weeks
