I'll be doing 4caps ~30min pre-workout. I am currently recomping and slowly shiffting to a lean mass stage. So everyone knows I have been takeing Beta-Alanine for 2 weeks prior to really get this baby kickin

Overall Thoughts: Strength is up from last week a little. Recovery between sets was better. I was only resting about 1min-1.5min between sets. I usually do 2-3 but was doing fine at that.

Overall Thoughts: Im sore as hell stil in my chest :wtf: but energy and endurance in the gym are great. Maybe this extra kick is pushing me to train just that much harder to be sore?!?!? :lol:

Diet fell off alittle over the weekend. Nothing drastic but not how I had hoped it would have went.

I only had time for one meal before my workout and could have been why I wasn't pushing good weight. Most weights were down from last time :sad:

It went good, but not as well as I wanted it to.....but thats usually the case with most things. Now im just makin my rounds of the US on college visits trying to pick a place to play next year. When I think Im finally settled on a school I get a phone call from another 2. Its exciting and stressful at the same time.

Yea my shoulder was hurting real back 2day for some reason so I thought I was going to have to rep it out but after that set it losen'd up but strength was piss poor.

I didnt use ant straps so my grip was giving out before my back. I usually always wear straps but Im done with them for now. Im looking for some better forearm development

Overall Thoughts:Energy was great 2day. Soreness is going away chest wasn't really sore at all 2day.

Overall Thoughts: Endurance and recovery was good 2day.
 
Had a good arm workout on friday and took saturday off because I was out of town....again.

I have noticed I am leaning out nicely. Im down a few lbs and keeping a hard look and energy up in the gym. I may start some fasted cardio here for the next few weeks or so. I think this would really be great for that since its easy to take and yohimbe and Leucine show such promise on an empty stomach for muscle preservation and fat-loss. Oh yea and that beta-alanine stuff is suppose to ok for endurance too :lol:

Overall Thoughts: Recovery between sets was nice. I got done with my whole workout in about 45min.
 
I should also not that I've moved my diet from a recomp to a cut diet.

Nothing major. I'll just be cutting until July and then bulk up

Diet looks like this

Meal 1:
1scoop whey/water
6 eggs whites
50gr complex carbs
1/2 cup fruit (blueberries, banana, strawberries, raseberries)

Meal 2:
8oz chicken
asparagus

Pre-workout
1 scoop LG protein
25gr protein from tuna, chicken, steak

Post workout:
1-2scoops whey
50gr complex carbs
1/2 cup fruit

Meal 5:
8oz 97/3 steak
1 slice FF chesse
asparagus

Meal 6:
1 cup FF cottage cheese
4 egg whites
1TBS Flax Oil

I may throw in another LG protein shake with some soy milk

I have been terrible at updateing this thread. If I pick'd a tester to test my LG stuff I'd be pissed if they were logging as poorly as I am. I apologize AMS.

Overall Update:
This is going on my forth week of Hyper-X. I have been doubling up the doses for the past few workouts and it seems to be a big improvement recovery wise. I am also looking harder. Not to mention the energy from almost 10mg Yohimbe!!!!
