1 andro and 4-ad before workout,

Chin ups between pressing sets as usual, ended workout with high rep tricep cable work.
 
Been about a week since I've been able to log. Had a busy few days, made it to the gym as planned.

Friday: workout was set up similar as usual. Back and legs
Split squats PR: 165x5 and 185x3

Sunday:
Bench and arms hypertrophy day. So no PR's

Monday: max effort legs
Low bar squat: 340x2 (PR)
355x1 (PR) missed it the first time due to dropping way to deep in the hole

Deadlift:
325x3
370x1 (heaviest I've pulled in a while, felt good)

Chest shoulders tris:

Still hitting PRs, weight is right around 202 consistently, still leaning out a little.

Wednesday: ME upper body press
Bench press: 250x2 (rep PR)
Floor presses: 240x1x6
Ohp 155x3 (Rep PR)
Various tri and shoulder and back work

Thursday: threw in some light triceps

Friday: legs and back
Hang clean: 200x1 (haven't done this much for a while)
205x0x3 bar kept slipping from my hands, not sure why.
Bulgarian split squat: 190x3 (PR) moving on up

Rack pulls, leg press, rows

Saturday: chest and arms
Everything was high rep 10-20
Bench, dips, flys, curls, cables

Will be hitting legs heavy today shortly
