Ams 1 andro log 6 weeks

If your feeling lethargic and worried about estro sides from 4AD look into getting some Dermacrine or epiandro for your test base. Took epiandro with my last 6 week 1 Andro cycle while clean bulking and gained 10 pounds. Kept 8 of it after an OTC PCT.
 
I used AMS 1 Andro and FRL 1 Andro together. 3 tabs daily of ams which was only 75mg I think and I forget what FRL dose was.
 
You can use less of a Sub-Lingual or Trans-Dermal - it bypasses the liver first time. 300mg of something you swallow, ain't 300mg to the receptors either.

Sarveshspace: You're at 3 weeks? From now until week 6 or 8 is when it should shine. Forget how long the West Texas study was - was it 4 weeks? Next week put up your poundage increases on Squats and Deads.

Yeah, it was 4 weeks, or 30 days, something like that. 1-Andro should give good results, even in a short time frame, as long as the routine and diet are solid. The study showed it promoted strength gain and fat loss.
 
I think it's one of those things that's very user dependent. Like I can take a hdrol at 50/50/75/75/75 and put on 15 lbs and get wicked stronger but epistane didn't do much at 45-60 other then cut a lil bf.

Some ppl say 1 andro did nothing while some ppl love it.
 
Cycle update- 4 weeks are up.

Mild strength gains but not much really and dont really feel my weight has gone up . Maybe 1 or two lbs. been eating 3000+ cals a day.

I guess im not much of a responder to 1 andro. I calculated the number of tabs i have and i am going to increase the dose and reduce cycle by one week. Week 4 was at 4 caps ie 400mg maybe . This last week ill be taking 6 caps a day , ie 600 mg maybe.

Then I'll start pct

Nolvadex 20/20/10/10
Daa 5 gm
Arom x otc pct
 
cycle update- week 5 will be over tomorrow and so will the cycle.
I upped my dose to 600mg this week and really felt good. I guess i should have started from a high dose from the beginning to see more results but was scared as its my first ph cycle.
Anyways, i also increased my cals to 3500 a day.I think i am up by 8 lbs or so since i started 1 andro.strength is also up.

now begins the pct-
nolvadex 20/20/10/10
daa 5 mg daily
arom x otc pct

whats the best way to take nolva? i have 10 mg tabs so should i take 1 for breakfast and 1 before bed?
also what can i expect in pct? should i keep my cals the same as before ,will strength gains remain ?

Nice gains man. From what I have seen it doesn't really matter when you take nolva, just as long as u take it. Just a tip consider cutting your volume back and lift heavier. Around 4-5 sets of 4-6 reps per body part twice a week should give your body a reason to keep your new muscle tissue. Small but heavy regular workouts will spike protein synthesis more often than your traditional one body part every 7 days. Just an idea bro.
 
Take your Nolvadex dose in the morning. Don't reduce your calories and james gave you an excellent advice on lifting as well. Big, compound exercises will help you preserve your strength.
 
1 andro isn't really a bulker it's more of a hardening compound with strength increase you were at a pretty low dose too so I wouldn't say non responder 8lbs is a ton in 4 weeks

Im eating 3000 cals which is above my maintainence. I have lost about 4 lbs weight atleast . The bioelectric impedence machine at the local nutrition store said i lost majority fat.

My Workouts are compound exercises.
Now i am feeling kind smaller but i have to move out from my current apartment and my grad school has started so im already busy.
Fortunately i have still retained my strength gains.

Im trying this intermittent fasting thing where i fast for 14-16 hours and eat 3000 calories in 8-10 hours. I am working out fasted .is this causing muscle loss cause i kinda feel the pump isnt there. Also i want to start a cut as i am still 18% bf. Is it wise to do it after pct?

if you start cutting after pct, there is a high possibility you will lose your gains
you need to mature the new muscles you have gained
 
Tried intermittent fasting and it was the worst diet ever. Lost strength and size and it wasn't flexible which is so important with a diet. Think of dieting this way-if you don't see yourself on it a year from now ditch it and figure out a diet that works for you. For example I'm using a carb back loading diet where I have a meat and nuts breakfast followed by 2-3 other meals with fats, protien and some fibre than I train and eat about 300-400g of carbs in the form of pancakes with low fat ice cream and some instant oats or white rice or whatever gets me to 300-400g of carbs ( try to keep fat low during the carb up period after workouts to prevent insulin from pushing fatty acids into fat tissue) than I go to bed and sleep like hibernating bear on the bulk. That diet works for me because it's flexible. When I go out and socialise in afternoons and night I can eat some rubbish because I've trained and muscles are ready to soak up the carbs, so chips pizza or ice cream won't harm me from time to time. Google it and read up on it. As for cutting after PCT.....start a cut 4 weeks after pct when everything is back to normal and there's no sign of rebound gyno or tiredness. Also workout what your new maintainance calories are since you'll have a few pounds of new muscle to feed. When you know what those calories are subtract 500 calories and that's your cutting calories for a few weeks and than take 100 cals off every 2 weeks thereafter while doing 2-3 HITT sessions a week for 15-20 mins. Just do it slowly and be consistent.
