Ampheta-Restore Log

Day 26) Had a great workout with no need for pre-workout stimulants of any kind. I was beginning to wonder if the superpump, white flood, and any other pwo mix that I had been taking was effecting my mood, concentration, and cognitive ability. I cannot pin point it, but something in these compounds definitely causes a mental and emotional crash about an hour or two after training. The ampheta-restore helped a tiny bit in terms of these crashes, but the biggest help came from the fact that I now need less of these compounds in order to have the energy to train. I know that the ampheta-restore website states that you can take a-r in conjunction with stimulants, but the biggest benefit that I have seen from the product so far is that I do not have to take stimulants to work out. Those of you who have been dependent on stimulants for training purposes know exactly what I am talking about. Getting strung out on stim based workout supplements seems silly to those who haven't been there, but to those who have, it is a very real thing. My own brother was at a point where he couldn't step foot in the gym without ECA. His moods were constantly ebbing and flowing and it was almost unbearable to be around. He gradually stopped use of the ECA stack. I too have been dependent on ECA, no explode, and superpump. Since I started the ampheta-restore I definitely don't feel dependent on these supplements. Don't get me wrong, these are great tools in terms of having a fiery, productive workout. However, feeling dependent on anything is a horrible feeling.

Day 27) Screw seroquel; that's all I have to say. I take seroquel sometimes before bed to help me sleep. I was prescribed the drug for depression and sleep issues; which were probably caused in part by stimulant work out supplements as well as Adderall use. Today, I have no idea what happened. I have felt like a zombie all day. I am even seeing trails. I know for a fact it is because of the seroquel; and I even took half my usual dose. I took 3 doses of ampheta-restore today to help get the seroquel out of my system. I took my first dose at 8 am then each one exactly 2 hours after. I feel about 50% right now and am quite pissed. I am supposed to train in 20 minutes but can't even think straight. Why is it that on the days where I have the largest workload, something ridiculous beyond my control happens to make me feel like total garbage? Murphy's law I suppose. Anyhow, I'm off to the gym and am going to switch up my routine. Usually I do 20 minutes of very light cardio after training, but because of the seroquel and the corresponding grogginess, I am going to do 20 minutes before training in hopes that I might be able to sweat some of this nonsense out of my system. Oh, and check out the new pic of my abdominals. Step your game up.

Day 28) Obviously I'm on my second bottle. I usually hate Saturday workouts, I have no idea why, and today was no different. I always feel groggy and lethargic. I took both doses of Ampheta-Restore this morning with coffee and 70mg of vyvanse. I felt a decent kick from both and had a decent workout......for a Saturday that is. Tomorrow is my off day from everything; training, vyvanse, and any kind of stimulant. I'll actually take both doses of A-R tomorrow in hopes to have an extra fresh start on Monday.

Day 30) No training again today, or ampheta-restore for that matter. I took the day off because last night I got hammered with several very attractive college chicks. Don't judge me. :)

Day 31) Awesome day today. I was able to get through until now with just one cup of coffee. I took the rest of the day off and am about to train via a chest and back superset. I took both ampheta-restore doses before now and my pre workout supplement is going to be half a sample packet of white flood. I have felt energized and great all day long. I'll post more after taking the white flood.

Day 31) I took both ampheta-restore doses this morning because I had a rough weekend. For breakfast I had 2 cups of coffee and took my usual dose of Vyvanse. The stimulant response was great considering the weekend that I had. I am going to take a 3rd dose before training today at 4 pm. Training won't be too intense and will be comprised of mostly cardio.

Day 32) Great response from the Ampheta-Restore today. I had a terrible nights sleep last night and would usually be dragging ass, but I felt surprisingly refreshed today. I took a third dose of ampheta-restore in the evening after my workout. I did have to take a leak about 3 times before bed, which I think was caused by the milk thistle and the other detox ingredients of a-r. I was able to wake up just fine this morning and get moving with only a single cup of coffee.

P.s. I never put too much stock in all the reports about m-drol and superdrol causing lethargy, however, I am definitely feeling it now. I am 3 weeks in to my latest m-drol cycle and am experiencing horrible lethargy. I'm not really sure what I am going to do to battle this, because these lethargic symptoms come on with really no rhyme or reason. For example, directly before training yesterday I felt extremely tired and light headed. I almost never feel this way, especially before training and after a cup of coffee. The only thing that I can suggest that is causing this would be the effects that m-drol has on one's blood pressure. I may experiment with dosing and or bridging into something else if this continues.

What I'm doing about the m-drol lethargy, starting this morning, is I am dropping my dose of m-drol down to 10mg per day, pulsed, and adding 1 cap of Epistane, and 1 cap of trione (generic 6-oxo) into the mix. According to the research that I have come across, this should help with the lethargy and not hinder my gains all that much.

Day 33) Decent response this morning from my usual coffee/vyvanse and ampheta-restore. I had to wake up at 6 am to start my day early; and usually feel like crap. I noticed a better response from the coffee than I normally would. I'm going to stick with my lethargy plan for the m-drol as well. I noticed a definite difference over the past two days.

Day 34) Another solid day. I started the day with Ampheta-Restore, then a cup of coffee, and then my usual dose of Vyvanse. I feel very alert besides having been up until 2 am last night working!

Day 35) Great day today considering that I stimmed myself out yesterday. I hate Sunday workouts and went to the gym after several cups of coffee and a full dose of superpump. I was definitely expecting to wake up today groggy and sluggish, but I took my initial dose of A-R and then had a cup of coffee. I have been very productive and alert so far today. I plan on training mid-day today, and don't foresee needing any stimulant kick in order to train. I read an interesting article about b-5 and magnesium in terms of stimulant tolerance yesterday. It coincides with the literature on amphetarestore's website. It makes sense though, why stimulant users need these as supplements. The second bottle of Ampheta-Restore, in all, is having a decent effect in addition to the first bottle.

Day 36) Today was the last day of my m-drol cycle, so I had to hit the gym quite hard. I did take my superpump as well as drank a few cups of coffee directly before training. I felt a kick that I haven't felt in a long time. I can definitely attribute this response to the ampheta-restore. Before taking the ampheta-restore, I cannot remember a time before I found out about ECA where I felt a kick like this from a non-ephedra based stimulant.

Day 37) The past few days have been amazing. My vyvanse dose has been cut in half and I am able to productively make it through the day without the normal crash. I have been taking 3 ampheta-restore doses a day and I am liking the results. In the evenings if I have to work from home, I will drink a cup of coffee to keep me going. In the past, I would have to take a second dose of vyvanse to achieve this result. I'm pretty happy with the way my body is recovering from years of heavy stimulant use.

I'm back on the Ampheta-Restore again. I have been attempting to get my masters degree, and have needed the corresponding Vyvanse and Adderall for studying purposes. I noticed a quick increase in my tolerance after about day 5 of the Vyvanse. I started taking the AR again at 3 caps per day and noticed a slight decrease in my tolerance after day 2 of the AR. I tried to be a cheapskate and order the ingredients of AR to save money, however, I couldn't duplicate the results. I then emailed the company and told them that I found their product helpful and gave them a link to this log. They actually sent me two free bottles; which I thought was pretty cool. So, I should have enough to get my by through my next batch of exams etc. I always appreciate a freebee. Moving on......
It is now days 5 of the Vyvanse/Adderall -Ampheta-Restore combo, and I have noticed a definite halt in my tolerance. As far as a decrease in adrenal fatigue symptoms, I cannot be sure after 5 days, but I would say that they are definitely not worse. At the end of my last run of Ampheta-Restore I definitely noticed a decrease in tolerance to my medications. I asked my family doctor about this and he said any stimulant based adhd medication goes hand in hand with tolerance and dependency. He also advocated use of over the counter products like AR. As usual, I'll report later.

Still going strong. I'm noticing a definite decrease in my tolerance to stimulants, especially the Vyvanse and Adderall. I'm steady at 3 caps of Ampheta-Restore per day which seems to be the best dose for me. The before bed dose seems to have a great positive effect.

I notice a definite decrease in my need for my Adderall when I up the dose of AR to 4 or 5 caps a day after a big party weekend. When I'm drinking, I have a tendency to take 30mg of Adderall just to stay awake; which causes a spike in my tolerance and dependency. The AR definitely helps when I take 5 caps the day after a big night out. Thought this would help fellow ADD folks.

Today was a great day. I noticed a great improvement compared to yesterday. I took 3 AR pills prior to bed because I felt myself building up a tolerance to the Adderall. I was starting to get the zombie like sleeping while awake effect that we all hate so much. I felt the effects of my medication immediately today with my morning dose and feel as though I will be productive throughout the day without the need of my afternoon dose of Adderall.

Today was pretty sweet. 2 caps in the morning and 2 before training. I noticed that I could immediately feel one cup of coffee, which is quite rare for a stim junkie such as myself :)

Still going strong. I've been pulsing the AR the past two weeks to see how my body would react in terms of tolerance. By pulsing I mean that I've been taking it only on days that I take Adderall or Vyvanse. I haven't noticed an increase in my tolerance, which is good, and my AR supply will last longer. I'm still only needing 1 pill/day of my medication, whereas before I would need 2 and sometimes 3 pills/day just to break even.

I've been trying out Vyvanse and Strattera for the past two weeks. I have noticed a little help in terms of focus, however, the comedown from the two is really bad in the evenings. I have upped my dose of AR again and am now taking 2 caps in the evenings and then 2 before bed. I noticed less of a groggy feeling after day 3 of increasing my AR dose.

I recently got off the Strattera. I believe it was causing urinary retention. I was having to pee every 15 minutes or so, which got incredibly annoying. I am still on my 4 caps per day of AR, which has kept my tolerance down. I am only needing one Vyvanse per day still.

I'm now on my 6th bottle. I took 2 weeks off before starting up again. I'm back in class for grad-school and am needing my Vyvanse sometimes twice daily. On the days that I take this much Vyvanse, I usually will take 6 caps a day. It seems to keep my tolerance at bay.

Rant of comments

Keep it up, I'm really liking your blog. Helps me compare my stims with atleast one other person heh.

Just had a question, i'm curious as to why Ampheta restore needs to be taken right before stimulants and if you get a tolerance to ampheta restore.

Certainly it's not bad to reduce dosage of the prescription drugs, for multiple reasons i'd rather be taking a cheaper over the counter supp if it was really a healthy vitamin type thing.

But I can't help but think that If the individual ingredients can't get the same results as ampheta restore, the ingredient "cow adrenal glands" is extremely fishy. I can't remember when, but I think you posted about trying to order cheap knockoff ingredients in other forms and that failing miserably.

If they're telling the truth about this ingredient, it could still be chocked full of cow hormones.
If not, who knows what the heck gives Ampheta restore such a boost to amphetamine effectivity but apparently can't be legally sold as medication?
I have read some controversy of the FDA banning adrenal glands for not doing ****, but that would still wouldn't explain the way that ampheta restore is stronger than the individual ingredients.

I really would want it to work, but the first reaction of my doctor and psychologist is just "Cow Adrenal Glands? really? You want to eat cow hormones?"

I'm all for over the counter supps and such, and i don't want to start and paranoia or flame wars, but i'm curious about this ****.
Stay strong

I don't think there is an actual reason why, I just noticed a better response when taking it the way that I do. In terms of the bovine adrenal glands, look up Armour Thyroid and what an amazing that drug was, and that was made of swine thyroid.
