NOW Sports Thyroid Energy is a really cheap staple to throw in there for the basics. Then beyond that I do like Forskolin, I think more Ashwagandha has science backing it, and eventually T2.
I really do like 7-keto as well. I've had success with T2 at 600 mcg for 8 weeks. A nice fat burner product with T2 that I liked from VL was good too. They still have it. I'm interested in hearing other opinions as well.
