Aminophyllin cream for localized fat loss

Anybody here with experiences? Do these creams work?Which is the best 0.5 or 2% Aminophyllin?

I have not heard of that, but if you are local for localized fat loss EvoMuse eviscerate works pretty well and you should take a look at them

Only thing i found in UK/EU was a cream called procellix
