At first, I wasn't quite sure how to incorporate AminoLift in my current supplement stack. I already take a pre-workout and use ModernBCAA intra-workout. But, then the light flickered on.
Why couldn't I use AminoLift during the afternoon when I would usually go for a Red Bull? It just made sense for me to drink AminoLift right before lunch and during. It has the aminos that I was already drinking and a good energy bump. Now, instead of using Modern and sipping an energy drink, I take a scoop in my shaker cup and drink it around lunch when I was starting to fade into my computer screen. I can use it as a pre-workout too. If I want something without that ultra-kick, I'll drink a scoop as a wake-up on the way to the gym.
AminoLift is an excellent value, as it usually costs around $20 for a 30 serving container. I can usually find it cheaper of NutraPlanet. The flavors, Watermelon and Fruit punch are light and not over-powering; mixability is awesome too.
Definitely, give AminoLift a shot. It is highly versatile and a terrific value.

awesome post I do about the same thing I work 3rd shift so I take a scoop before heading to work so I'm getting the aminos for recovery after my workout and energy to go to work! Love the stuff.

Fruit Punch - This is one of the best tasting supplements I have ever used. Not to tart not to sweet, Perfect! Goldie Locks would have loved it!

I mixed mine in a shaker cup with no problem about 8oz cool water, mixed like Kool Aid no debree or floaties.
Energy & Focus 5/5
This is a bit tricky because the level of energy and focus are up to you, AminoLift is designed so you can use 1, 2 or 3 scoops so it can be tailored to your needs or mood.
Final Notes
I really liked the AminoLift, the taste should get a 6/5, I found myself using it sometimes just to flavor some unflavored powders I use. The 1,2 or 3 scoop format was also very nice when I just wanted a little focus and the benefits of a few extra Amino Acids & B Vitamins, like before cardio I could use 1 scoop (I do cardio in the evening and do not want to much stim) on leg day 3 scoops and when looking more for the pump (arm day) you can stack it with your favorite pump product. Over all I believe it to be a GREAT addition to anyone's supplement regiment!

Awesome post and great insight I also love it I use it mostly at work at noon with my lunch for the added aminos and energy to get through the day since I take Jack3d PreWorkOut and drink ModernBCAAS+ during workout it's just another awesome product usplabs makes. AminoLIFT is a staple in my supplementation.

I was also skeptical about when I would use this, but have found that it is very customizable with only 100mg of Caffeine per scoop. I like to take it before my second job at UPS, and I am still able to sleep when I get home. It gives me some good energy and focus to make it through my shift. I've also used it just as a mid-afternoon pick me up, instead of coffee or an energy drink. Good, versatile amino supplement, I just wish I knew the amount of the BCAAs, compared to the other aminos.
I almost forgot to add something about flavor. I have tried both the Fruit Punch and Watermelon flavors, and prefer the Watermelon by far!

well there's 15g per serving in ModernBCAAS+ per serving and there's 6.2g per serving in AminoLift that's the best answer I've got. I'm sure you already knew that lol

I here ya! that's what do I use it later in the day after workout and I need a pick me up at work recovery and energy what a awesome combo. Then it's Modernbcaa tabs and PowerFULL before bed ?Agreed!
