when and how do you guys take em?

i found different theories online, i've just been takin 4 BCAA right after i lift
 
The possibilities are endless with these things. Some people mega dose them (take a lot) You can take them at different times during the day, during your workout, while you are taking a **** etc... The whole idea is to consume extra amounts of aminos to prevent your body from completely depleting itself of amino acids, and burning muscle for energy instead. for energy for the most part. Research them further and you will get the whole concept and dosing is really just a matter of nutritional timing.
 
5g for breakfast, 5g pre workout, 20g during/post workout, 5g before bed.
 
buy xtend. 20-40g in a gallon of water and drink throughout the day. during your workout fill a 32oz gatorade bottle with water and some more xtend. drink throughout the workout.
