AmentoflavoneXT

A lot of pre workout stuff don’t work well with me. Beta Alanine is always a must , but I recently decided to mess round and grabbed a bottle of AmentflavoneXT. M-F I have it pre workout with nothing more than Liquid L -Carnitine by NOW, Beta Alanine by NOW, Arginine HCL by Bulk Supps and AmentflavoneXT by SNS. Weekends I take the same plus Maltodextrin…I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting much never heard of the stuff , but I am actually getting some really good pumps with this stuff. I take it daily. 2 a day on training days pre workout and on days off I take it as well with breakfast. I’m one week in and if this keeps up I’ll grab myself an another bottle or two.
Any body have any good experiences with this ?

Staple for me for years. I usually only take it preworkout on my powerlifting days though. I get a solid strength increase on days I take it compared to when I don’t. If SNS ever discontinued it I would be buying at ton.

I usually only take two. Today and tomorrow I am taking 3 and maxing out before my cut starts on Monday.

Yeah it seems to do me well. I am one that pays close attention to supplements when I take them. I refuse to waste my money on **** if it won’t work. So I can tell when I get a result from something. Ament is good stuff. I think imma give it a shot and go with 3 tomorow. Tomorrow I do chest and back day with alot of functional work. So I’d like to see if I feel any difference with 3 capsules

Just broke 2 Personal bests since 2015 today (maybe longer) with the 3 caps and Pepti-Plex. I don’t take it for pumps or endurance but I do notice endurance aspects over pump.

I actually use it for hiking and jogging, I’m a little short on time to lift but I get great energy and endurance from Amento XT. It’s almost a mini pre workout in and of itself, which is amazing for a single ingredient

That’s a good way to put it “ amazing for a single ingredient “ I’m def happy with it myself. I’m gonna grab another couple bottles. But like all things I use besides basic vitamins I will cycle it.

Don't wana product pimp but if youre after strength gains. PrimeXT has blown everything out of the water for me.

My experience was: First 3 weeks I saw nothing, literally nothing. Then overnight my incline bench increased by 44lbs for 8 reps (all documented in the prime thread). I continue to PB pretty much every week. I actually upped my dosage last month to 9 caps instead of 6 and seeing even more pronounced strength gains from it. Overall since starting prime 4 months ago, my incline bench is +66lbs for 8 reps. Singular ingredient which you seem to be fond of aswell.

I weigh 80kg, my gym partner 105kg. He has been stronger than me the entire time we have been lifting together (10 years). I now match him or am actually stronger than him lift for lift now.

Not in any way associated with SNS, just think its a fantastic product

Same experience here. I'm using it as my 'preworkout', and it's awesome. Pumps, vascularity, endurance for days. Cheap and good for you, can't beat it.

Yeah for sure man. Thats exactly what I like also. It’s cheap and is affective. Not what I expected but the stuff works really nicely man. Imma grab a few more bottles when I get paid this week I upped to 3 caps today and felt really good man. It’s def a sleeper of a supplement

3-4 caps with half a tums tab preworkout is instant strength gains for me. Been on it for the past 2 years straight now. I love it!

nice glad you discovered, its an amazing product .. very popular here.

i like it stacked with anayclus or cistance .. pumps + strength+libido health

Purpose of the tums?
More calcium for a stronger muscle contraction. I didn’t know that lactic acid stuff lol but seen a couple of dudes on here advise it. Makes my max effort lift days a breeze with the combo of the tums and Amento.

This is what I just found

Taking sodium bicarbonate and tumay help enhance your sports performance, especially in high intensity sports and activities. It works by decreasing the acidity in working muscles to help you exercise longer. Most research suggests that the most effective dose is 0.3 grams per kg taken 60–180 minutes before exercise.

These tablets are rich in calcium carbonate which helps with muscle function and helps buffer your muscles. I also recently found out that Team USA swimmers during the Rio Olympics chew on Tums prior to competition to help prevent muscle cramps.

I bought 3 bottles earlier today from DPS. Didn’t see 20% on SNS site

oh its already factored in .. sweet deal on them.
its always 10-20% automatically cheapest online ive found as well.

Fwiw you are thinking about sodium bicarbonate when thinking about buffering.

While maybe theoretically calcium carbonate may benefit there, other than a recent study in women I am not really aware of much research actually showing ergogenic benefits in that regard (or really in strength either). Again potentially based on mechanisms I've seen things be proposed maybe. Actually (coincidentally?) one of the mechanisms of Amentoflavone cited in the write up above is the increased calcium release from sarcoplasmic reticulum (similar to one of caffeine's benefits as well).
Yes … sodium bicarbonate

Cost me $72 on Dps nutrition shipped with taxes for 3 bottles

yup that avgs out to under $23/bottle(without shipping) which is great for what it is being offered .. usually you see $26-30 so nice grab

It takes a **** ton of sodium bicarbonate to enhance performance. A tums won't do squat. A bottle of tums will (don't do that).

@sns8778 you'd be one to ask... is Amento one of those ingredients thats almost impossible to flavor in a powdered supp? Assuming thats a big reason it hasn't been used in more pre's over the years.

It is very hard to flavor and its also a very expensive ingredient. So its likely a combination of the taste and the cost as to why it's not in any powdered pre-workouts that I know of.

So you are saying don’t eat a bottle of Tums? Lol. I def personally didn’t plan on eating tums as a pre workout supplement, I’ll save them for acid indigestion
