So I got my baseline bloods a couple weeks back. I was unable to do them in the morning and didn’t think it was a big deal. I was well fasted (maybe too well?).
My baseline natural results came back as 583ng/dl total T, and 63pg/ml free T.
Total isn’t bad but free is low normal. After doing more research it seems as if the morning draw would have told my true testosterone peak. I’m reading that AM readings can be as much as 20-30% higher than evenings. Mine were taken at around 4:45pm.
Anybody have any input to this being true? At least to this degree? 20-30% is huge. Thanks for any insight guys!
For context, I’m male 35 years old. Natural. For now.
