Hey guys I read the rules and I don't know what the problem was why my P-Plex ad got deleted?

In my email where they told me they deleted it one of the several possible reasons listed was " - Ads which were not paid for after submission" Are you supposed to pay to submit ads/auctions?
 
They have been having some ind of problem with the auctions... ive listed the same item (xfactor) 3 times and it never shows up
