Am I missing any good supplements/ideas for adding lean muscle?

I'm a fairly experienced amateur/hobbyist bodybuilder who is 6' 212 lbs fairly lean (I would estimate 10-13%) right now with arms at about 16.75" pumped. I've been training/bodybuilding again since March of this year, and am a little more than a week into an 8-9 week "blasting" bulking phase after a 5 week CKD to burn of some residual fat.

My goal is to train Doggcrapp style, which has worked very well for me in the past. I would like to get up to 220 lbs. (at a similar level of leanness if possible), or to gain about 8-10 lbs. of LBM through several "blasting/bulking" phases if necessary. I'd like my arms to measure 16.5-16.75 cold and over 17" pumped at a bodyfat of 10-12%.

In the past with shall we say, more helpful supplements I have been up about 17.75" arms pumped reasonably lean.

I'm eating about 4,000-5,000 calories and approximately 250-350g of protein per day depending on whether it is a training day, and aim to get bigger through increasing strength on primarily compound exercises per DC rest/pause training.

I'm also taking a lot of supplements through Bulk Supplements, mostly because I think each may be individually helpful to some degree, but also because I like to try different supplements.

My biggest experiment with this bulking cycle is high dose BCAA at 45g/day, which I've read several on several forums people gaining up to 7 lbs. of LBM with a few lbs. of fat loss in one month (sounds like a lot but even half those results would be excellent). I am also taking:

BCAA (see above)
Glutamine (recent studies show performance enhancing benefits + my own anecdotal experience)
Beta alanine
Betaine
Citrulline Malate
r-ala
ZMA and Taurine for much improved sleep
Acetyl carnitine/tyrosine
Fish oil
Whey and casein protein

I stopped taking creatine because I really get ridiculous water retention on it and I'm sick of it, please don't suggest creatine as I won't be taking it again for awhile.

That said, any thoughts on other supplements for mass I might not be including?
Other thoughts? I'm making progress and have just started my bulking phase but I'm dissatisfied because I feel like my arms seem to want to stay at 16.25" unpumped. I'm hoping strength increases + good eating will force growth.

Maybe throwing in some natural anabolics, epicatechin, like follidrone, anafuse, ep1c unleashed. Maybe abe or x gels. Products like those would be good.

BCAA at 45g per day will not be all that beneficial if you are hitting your protein macro with whole food.

It looks like you have the basics covered. Something that may fit your goals is Forskolin 95. If one's diet and training are in check, it can aid in maintaing lean mass while decreasing fat. This ingredient is found in many products, including AlphaMax. AlphaMax has several other ingredients as well to help boost free and total test and even control cortisol.

Many people that have used AlphaMax have reported a leaning out effect, increased vasculairty, and a slight increase in strength. It is a great supplement for a recomp/lean bulk Ultimately, the results will come down to training and nutrition, but it is something to look into.

And right now, you can get 20% off AlphaMax and the rest of our line/ Invalid Link Removed

I would recommend looking at AnaBeta Elite and arachidonic acid products. That combo has helped many, but I would try them individually first to see how they work for you on their own.

Best natural anabolics:

PA (phosphatidic acid) - from soy granuals for cheap or capped
(-)epi - I like EP1C from OL due to greater absorption with our phytoFUSE technology

Also, as others have said, mega dosing BCAAs is pointless if you are meeting your daily macros for protein.

I'm struggling to choose a good brand of PA? Could you recommend a brand? I see NOW foods has soy lecithin granules.....

Fearn and Optima are the go to brands. My fav is Fearn by far.

Keep you eye out for our new PA product though, name to be released soon ; )

Interesting, I had not heard of phosphatidic acid, I'll have to research this.

Check the forum man.

On mobile now, but there are two HUGE threads on it with all the info your heart desires.

Feel free to PM me if you need anything specific man.

PA + Anabeta Elite + Epic Unleashed would be a great combination.

BMP + Myosynergy Elite also has had pretty good reviews. I haven't tried this personally, but EvoMuse products are always top notch. You can add PA to this as well.

I'd recommend 2 tbsp before and 2 tbsp after workouts. Wonder who gave me that advice... ;)

Agreeing with most of the guys above, natty anabolics are the way to go.
Abe+Xgels is my number one stack.
Magnitropin for a solo compound
Could add in epi-plex or another -epi product to either stack or alone.

Soy lecithin gets amazing feedback as well (haven't tried personally).

Also, for leanness and overall wel being (especially with the extreme stress of dc training) something like reduce xt might be very helpful as well to reduce cortisol

Another vote for Anabeta Elite + Xgels. Ran this combo last winter along with a ~300cal surplus and put on some really solid mass. Strength was way up by the end of the run too.

Also HIGHLY recommend Fearn soy lecithin granules (2tbsp pre-workout and 2tbsp with a meal on off days for me). My favorite part of this is the seriously awesome all-day muscle fullness. Pumps in the gym are insane too. It's got some great health benefits as well and is cheap enough to run at high doses for extended runs. Really a must-try supplement :D
