Am I experiencing back pumps or lower back pain

I'm currently in my fourth week of a 1 4 andro cycle and just added in epi andro about a week ago.
For the last two weeks I've had this discomfort in my lower back pain when I sit on and off. I thought it was back pumps at first but yesterday when I started deadlifting on my light warm ups sets I had a little discomfort in my lower back but I decided to push through it. When I got to my working sets the pain was gone for the most part and I felt everything was fine.
Now today when I sit down straight up in a chair that discomfort is a little worse than it was previously. But the discomfort comes and goes. I'm just worried I might be aggravating my lower back injury I had a couple years ago. What do you guys think, back pump or is it an mild injury?
Thanks in advance!

I experienced pretty considerable lower back pumps while on a 1/4/epi stack around weeks 4 as well. If I were to wash dishes in my sink, which requires just the slightest of bend at the lower back, my to lower dorsal muscles would flare up and get so pumped I had to take breaks!

Since your lower back is used at almost all times of the day, besides laying down on a supported surface, it is quick to get pumped up while on gear or PH's or whatever. To me, sounds like pumps. But I have no idea about your back injury so can't be certain

My thoughts are a mild injury/pull/strain/tweak etc. If it was a pump. It would have gotten worse during deads. A back pump feels like you did 1000 hyperextensions for 1000 sets.

If the discomfort came after deadlifting just sounds like you put a little too much strain on the lower back. If you were having back pumps you would know dude, they're downright painful. Painful enough you would most likely have to stop your set after you start getting them

This is what I thnk as well. Back pumps are debilitating while training but generally is non-existent during normal activity, especially while just sitting/lying down.

You tweaked something or are getting an inflammatory response from nerve endings rubbing against the spine/muscles/etc.

I agree with the others, but you could try some Taurine to alleviate the problem in the case that the cycle is contributing.

Update, so the discomfort is a lot better and almost non existent now. I do feel it rarely randomly time to time but it feels healed for the most part. I'm going to go with that it was a minor tweak with a little bit of back pumps mixed in and the 1 4 just sped up the recovery from the tweak. Thanks for your help gents.
