Am I crazy or does anyone else think that Lean Dreams...

Smells really good? I dunno I find myself smelling the bottle each time I open it, its weird.

On a related note, this will be Night #4 on the stuff and I hope it really starts kicking in better. First night I took it I got nothing, second and third nights I was having really weird ass dreams but kept waking up throughout the night.

This isn't really a problem but uninterrupted sleep is always better. The dreams are wild though! Should be interesting to see what happens once I start the Evolution stack next week and start dieting again.

are you taking 2 caps? one hour before bedtime? thats the best way.
 
Yep, 2 caps an hour or so before bedtime. I don't have any problems going to sleep, just staying that way. I read it takes a few days to start working properly so I figure thats it.
 
Alri Reps, does this take some sort of "build-up" period to kick in?

i bought a bottle of this stuff when it first came out. i originally bought it for my GF as she has (i think) a ****ed up thyroid. i hoped this would help her sleep better...
i took 2 before bed, an hour before, on a light stomach
she took 1 before bed, an hour before, empty stomach
both of us got nothing. but i honestly haven't tried it since.
btw I respond well to 6mg of melatonin(as in going bonk and staying bonk)
 
No there is not build up time for LD, it either works for you or it doesnt. Their are non-responders, it does happen. For me it works great even after several months, I guess I am lucky as Melatonin alone did nothing for me and neither did scripts. I do think if you have a full stomach it may take longer to effect you though.
 
That's odd, last night I got close to 8 hours of solid sleep and woke up about 10 minutes before my alarm went off.

I might try taking it with 3mg of melatonin since thats usually enough to knock me out and I'm not sure how much the LD contains.
 
I'm on day 18 of LEAN DREAMS and I'm loving it....I hardly wake up and when I do in the morning I feel refreshed and ready to go... Not to mention the dreams have been awesome. First 3 nights they were kinda weird/scary dreams... lately all good ones. :)

I never dream ever, which is fine with me really. Usually when I have a dream it involves finding an old treasure full of ancient gold coins and then I wake up :mad:
 
vivid dreams i read somewhere are a sign of healing as there is more oxygen and blood flowing to the brain..i forget where i read that
 
Alright just a little update. Been almost a week and I'm sleeping great. The dreams are pretty crazy but I feel refreshed when I wake up and this stuff knocks me out pretty good if I take it an hour before getting to bed.

Looks like this might become another one of my staple supplements.
 
lean dreams has melatonin in it,correct? if so that is def the cause of your crazy dreams..i have used it and seen trails sometimes when i would wake up in the middle of the night to make a bathroom run
 
I tried it for the first time last night, and I can say it does not smell good at all..hahah. It reminded me of vinegar. But with that said it knocked me on my ass really nice.:woohoo:

Everybody dreams fit!! you just dont wake up after REM sleep to be able to remember them, some people wake up immediately after REM and the dream is so vivid it IS real. Others slowly rise from level 5 to 4 to 3 .... eventually waking and having no recolection of any semblence of a dream.
Its all about the time frame that it takes to bring you out of satge 5 sleep, are you hard to wake up? must be.

Yeah that happens to me. I tend to wake up suddenly and the dreams will be extremely vivid. But if I don't think about it or write it down, I'll forget about it quickly. Some details will stick in my head though. It's fun.

The valerian and jujube smell pretty rank alone, but combined they don't smell as bad.. Valerian oddly enough is from the mint family.. ;)

Lean Dreams is a very solid product..
 
I have to agree that Lean Dreams doesn't smell that great to me either. But it works and it's a cap so taste isn't an issue :)
 
here is a question. I took lean dreams the night before last, and 1 cap put me down for the count. I did the same thing last night and I got nothing. I took it at around 11pm and went to bed around midnight. Fell asleep around 12:45 and was wide awake at 7am.

And ideas on what could have caused this?

hahaha. Really had nothing to do with being a tight wad. I have no problem spending money when something works. I will take 2 from now on. It said on the bottle 1 to 2 ( I think) so I figured I would start with one. I didnt want to sleep the weekend away...hahah
