I'll be as brief as I can. This is my first post on any forum..Been reading for years on many forums. Planning on first cycle next month. I've done my research but want to make a final check in case I have missed something
Stats:
age: 21 young, I know
height: 5'9"
weight: 178
bench: 295
squat: 395
deadlift: havent maxed recently but around 400
I have lifted seriously since I was 15 and my diet is pretty obsessively clean IMO
planned cycle
epistane 30/30/30/30(maybe 45?)
forged liver support weeks 1-8
fish oil and multivit weeks 1-8
pct:
nolva 20/20/20/10
DAA 3 grams/day
forged liver support
creatine mono
also have triazole, not sure if I need it
Should I do this? Getting frustrated with plateau
