AM: Fantasy Baseball???

I'm down for changing the draft time as well. Also, some good stat categories are maybe on-base %, doubles, complete games and/or shut-outs. Another one of my leagues has K/BB ratio..Just ideas
 
Just in case some of you were interested, heres the team I just drafted in a Public Head-to-Head league...
C LoDuca
1B Piazza/Giambi
2B Castillo
3B Lowell
SS Izturis
OF Sheffield, Alou, Podsednik
Util Burnitz


SP: Big Unit, Clemens, Pedro, Maddux, Kevin Brown, Bartolo Colon, Russ Ortiz, Eric Milton,
RP: Isringhausen, Mesa, Hawkins

If Giambi, Piazza, and Burnitz can have good seasons then I don't think I'll have anything to worry about.
 
Sure sign up man, just gotta be active for the whole season ;)

I assume the league will auto draft my team for me if I can't be available?

I am not typically online during the night at home.
 
you can rank your players - if you can't be availible for any online draft
 
yup, I suggest everyone pre-rank anyway - so you don't have to look for the players during the live draft.

Works for me, but wouldn't that be march 24 or 25? Preferably Thursday since I am going home Friday and won't have internet.
 
Damn all the night times are taken for the last week of March.

Ummmm, I allergic to tuna. How about chicken instead? :D
 
Well, my Pitching turned out very nice with Clemons, Wood, Becket and Halladay leading the starting rotation with Gagne and Cordero rounding up the closer roles.

Hitting leads a bit to be desired but tooo bad with Pujols, Edmonds and Dunn leading the way there.

How'd everryone else do?
 
I have the best starting pitching in the league with Santana, Oswalt, Peavy, Pedro, Smoltz, Burnett (Cy Cyoung this year :thumbsup: ), and my two sleepers Dontrelle Willis and a healthy Andy Pettitte.

My hitting is soild if Mauer can do what he capable of and Garret Anderson stays healthy. I missed out on 3rd base (wanted Lowell) and SS. Izturis is good for 25-30 SBs, but some of you teams with 2 or 3 SS be looking out for my trade offers.
 
I'm happy, my team is a near replica of my other fantasy team. It's good I won't be cheering for every player in baseball.
this should be fun
 
my team is crap, but one of the most fun things is being able to pull the no name guys who are doing well before other people get to them. :D

wait a minute, this is different from the last fantasy league i was in.
do i have to change around players everyday so that the guys who aren't playing are on the bench?
 
no no guys, click the bottom right (max games/max innings)
you have 162 games per position
and 1250innings total for pitchers
 
its been okay, I've had to devote 95% of my attention to my other league and school - just trying to be a good commish and hopefully become competitive again.
I drafted my team based on my other league, my team has drastically changed in the other league, oh well. Doing well in the other league nonetheless.
