Is there a decent alternative?.i havnt had such power and pump since its a bloody shame
It was a big dose of l citrulline and argnine nitrate

I was given several tubs of that if I recall right; somehow I acquired a few at least - it was a truly awesome product!
 
The above are 3 great options to choose from. I'm a PES High Volume fan so that's what i was going to recommend as well.
