Hey there people,
I am Orlu, i just registered specifically on this board because of the amount of experienced Alphamine users for whom i have some questions concerning a stack i got advised from a 'friend'.
Let me give you guys some information about my self before i write down the questions.
I am 25 years of age, i have been training now for the pars 3 years, for the past year i have preferred doing intensive weightlifting with moderate weights combined with HIIT cardio afterwards, stairmaster / treadmill / crosstrainer.
At the moment i weigh 182-184 and am 5'8" in height, and am at 10% BF.
Now comes the story about Alphamine, i have used Alphamine before, i like the taste ( ALOT! lol ) and specifically what it does for me, i have tried numerous other supposed 'fat burners' over the past 2 years but to be honest, and this isnt advertising lol, Alphamine is my #1 choice when it comes down to fat burners so that is why i have decided to purchase it again since 6 months ago.
A 'friend' of mine saw that i am holding quite some water, from his own 'experience' he told me about how 'he stacked' Alphamine with some other products and advised me to try it myself, he is right, i have some water retention and i would love to lower that as much as my body allows.
So it comes down to this, he told me to combine 1 Scoop of Alphamine with 1 scoop of ALCAR ( 500mg per scoop ) and 3 capsules of Dyma-Retic in the morning on a empty stomach( i train in the morning on a empty stomach, this is how i prefer to do it ) 30 minutes prior to training.
Can anybody tell me whether this 'friend' of mine is advising me to use a stack which is lethal or that it might actually work?
