Alphamine USA, sold only in the USA?

I don't understand why Norcodrene USA is located in Europe,
and the USA version of Alphamine no!
How come?

Where is Norcodrene US in europe? If your talking about predator in the UK then I dont think is even if advertsed that way.
Norco and Alphamine both have Y in them so not allowed here. I can get a USA tub of alphamine with international postage to the UK for cheaper than it is to buy here.
