You certainly can, advisable to take a short stim-break after the back to back Alphamine runs.

Yes you certainly can run it just like that. As driven stated just take a 4-week break after 8-weeks of continual Alphamine usage, per label instructions.

I bought Erase Pro, but i'm reading that Erase is better.

There is an ingredient added + uncaria has been upped. The added ingredient was the workhorse of the difference between the old Erase and Erase Pro. It works really well and has data as a selective estrogen downregulator comparable to Faslodex in vitro. It also reduces cortisol and is a mild diuretic, all of which contribute to the leaned out, hardening effect

So it is the same as 3 caps of the main active in Erase + more Uncaria + B. Diffusa (I really like this ingredient).

Arguable.
Try the new formula; some of us prefer it and some prefer the original.

Just remember the new formula takes longer (and last longer) to be built up in the system. Led to a bunch of negative initial reviews from people expecting immediate water loss like the original gave most

New formula is definitely better on your joints
