In the AM I pop a Vanillean and drink 1-2 scoops of Alphamine on the way to work. 30 minutes before lunch a scoop of A and a cap of V and the same 30 minutes preworkout.
When do you workout? That would help in fine tuning exact recommendations, otherwise:
Alphamine: 1-2 scoops first thing in the morning +1-2 scoops later in the day/before lifting. I would only recommend 3 scoops daily and not in too late in the afternoon.
VL: 3 caps spread out daily 30 minutes before meals with 1 coming prior to a workout.
I would take my VL with my Alphamine doses where appropriate.
No issues taking them together. Since you work out in the AM try taking A and V and train in a fasted state. Fat oxidation will happen much more rapidly.
