actually i have take that for period mass, i take also strong pre wo, for have a better result there's something that i can added? I take also crea post wo to 1 month. It's enough for now alphamax xt help increase a little bit the muscle?

Just take 2 capsules twice per day, so just take 2 AM and 2 PM. As with any product of this nature it will take a little bit to notice results. Within a couple of weeks you should start to notice it though.
