Alphamax XT: best time of day to take?

Hey guys. How do you split up your AM XT doses?

Also. I am already taking ZMA.. stop?

I take one either right when I get up or 45 min before my morning workout..and one dose right before bed..it really helps with sleep..the magnesium and zinc in XT is low..I take about a gram of supplemental magnesium a day, but no zinc..I don't generally take more than 50 mg zinc a day...
 
First dose upon waking, last dose an hour or so before bed. You don't need the ZMA, AlphaMax has got you covered.

I notice that the magnesium count is significantly less in alphamax XT than a traditional ZMA.

AlphaXT 2 caps (1 dose)

Zinc: 5mg
Mag: 10mg
B6: 260mcg

ZMA: 3 caps (1 dose)

Zinc: 30mg
Mag: 450mg
B6: 15mg

I definitely notice the difference, with standard ZMA I sleep deeper and morning wood is almost a daily occurrence


Alphamax 2 pills before bed hasn't produced the best sleep or libido effects

Would it be beneficial to use ZMA additionally?

If you wanted to you could add in 1-2 caps of your ZMA product before bed with Alphamax XT. I usually find that the improved sleep and other benefits really start to kick in around the 3rd week with Alphamax XT, so give it some time

Funny you say that because I decided to take 2 ZMA Caps out of the 3 a couple minutes ago bringing the amounts to a total of

Zinc: 30mg
Mag: 310mg
B6: 7mg

2cps upon waking on an empty stomach!
2cps in the afternoon on an empty stomach!
