Thank you for the responses. I actually ran both for 2 months starting in april of this year. Yes I should have tried one at a time but didn't think it would hurt. I slacked a bit on my calorie deficit so I didn't lean out as much as I wanted to.
Did notice my body hardening up a bit despite not losing much weight. Currently coming back from an injury that put me out for almost 3 months and have gained some unwanted weight.
I was limited to front squats and other leg exercises. So my current goal is to lean out and gain my strength back with some help of these two supplements.
