2bottles would be best to see the most effects but you can see results after 1 most of the time.

the results are good for a natural product and it just depends on how you want to use AlphaMax. Most people on a good routine and diet gain 3-5lbs. Obviously if you are an older person then the test boosting will affect you greater than a younger person (<30yrs old)
 
I am 35 yrs old
I used bio forge before and was pretty good.
my goal is to get lean , lose some body fat and put muscle on.
I think I'll go with 2 bottles.
