Seems like everyone is having some kind of acid reflux or something with this stuff, you guys should start taking some baking soda mixed in water every morning, it should neutralize it. Works well for guys who get acid reflux from oral steroids. And it's good for you anyway. Especially for athletic performance

Yeah honestly I think I stated in a post above that I took cheese and milk and even a Tums to get rid of those burps they lasted all day long they’re still here but loving the way I feel

Good to hear another data point on the burps!
 
Yeah for me on non training days I take the dose in the AM fasted and burps maybe last an hour or 2 before I eat. Don't experience the burps when I take them 30 mins before working out at like 2-3pm. First few days definitely. On day 18.

I used to be a big fan of OL back in the day. I haven’t tried this out yet because I’m currently trying out other supplements and didn’t want to throw too many things into the mix. I want to give this a go Solo eventually down the road . I’m excited for it and following the logs!

Yeah they’re fruit punch like imo. I’m not a fan either way but they don’t bother me. Couple burps are worth it to me
