Alpha-Yohimbine and Tyrosine/Tyramine rich foods?

I have researched this a little bit and wanted to know the AM community's thoughts. I started taking 1 scoop of DVST8 White Cut which contains Alpha-Y, and read that you should avoid Tyrosine/Tyramine rich foods due to a possible negative reaction. My question is, how long should I avoid these foods for? 3-4 hours, or longer? The reason I ask is I took my DVST8 at 830am this morning, worked out, and now it is 1:30pm and I'd like to eat the Chipotle I bought but didn't realize cheese and beef were high in Tyrosine. Any thoughts? Is half-life of Alpha-Y the same as Y-HCL? Thanks guys.

P.S. I am an over-thinker, but would rather be safe than sorry.

When it comes to the food, I wouldn't worry. People can, and do combine AY and tyrosine but it can cause the cheesing effect.

Insulin blunts AY activity, so the food would negate that

Thank you. Just thought it'd be better safe than sorry considering I don't dabble with Y too often. Appreciate it!

you have found a great place to ask your questions...post more and be part of the community!!!

Not a problem. Ease into it (most foods don't contain enough Tyramine to be of issue any way (but you never know)
