Ok guys I'm never ever gonna complain about normal pinning ever again. Got bronchitis and dr gave me lidocaine shots to ease the breathing, he pinned them right below each scapula. Ouch is a big understatement
Been rx'd 10cc lidocaine mixed w Ceftriaxone in the thigh. Fun stuff. U feel like u fkt up a nerve and once the lidocaine wears off (4-6hrs) it's really fun. All I will say is fk "OFF deep woods" or any of that, get on a redneck site and order yourself some straight DEET! Preaching done.

Btw- traps looking awesome, and fuller all around it would seem. Keep it up bro!

Ok fellas real tough day today yesterday hit shoulders and then legs at night and then up early in the am to hit chest and back again all supersets all heavy , it's great and tons of fun and been doing this for 2 weeks feels pretty good but I did have to cut volume a little and I'm gunna have to be religious with my fish oil cuz my joints are crying lol my go for a couple more reps next week so a little lighter
Woke up at 207.8 today so about a pound lighter then Sunday but it's nothing I'm worried about, cuz I look in the mirror and I'm enjoying what I see. That said I could be a little bigger and a little leaner of course but I'm sure the winny will help buffer everything out. This Sunday will be 4 weeks left of the test and 5 on the winny I'm up 16 lbs so far and my strength has shot up pretty happy with everything I've gained and did learn plenty of things so far. New diet is going well a little easier then previous and I believe it'll keep me gaining size but lean size.
So far things I'll change next time will be split test dose into 3 times a week, and no AI from the beginning I'll have it on hand of course but won't start right away.

Bro I don't think your gaining any BF at all... seriously!!! Your just getting jacked... your prob feeling bloated cause of an increase in glycogen stores in the extra mass you've put on or something... I bet the winny will get you leaner than when you started.. your looking huuuge btw and you've noticeably gained in chest & shoulders it seems... good sh1t bro very happy for you

I'm gunna continue the 19nor from Blackstone I got 4 bottles for free so I'm running it at 200 for 8 weeks might go up to 300 and cut it 2 weeks early not sure yet and yeah my bad ! I tested it last night and all good I'm just too hungry for gains lmao Invalid Link Removed doesn't look as clear in the picture but when I put it up to the colors it was suppose to be its spot on
Also bloods come back tomorrow I might not post but we shall see what those say!

Thanks man means a lot to get some good feedback you guys know I was going a little crazy lmao. And I know it's probably some bloat some chunk cuz I did eat less then perfect just to get the cals in for a week (chipotle for 1-2 meals everyday lmao) but it's all good I'm counting on the winny to help buffer everything out but mainly looking forward to the extra strength and (as crazy as t sounds) even higher libido lol my girls going crazy doesn't know what to do but I love it haha

I make that all the time, i add in some general tso sauce to the chicken and rice and it becomes chinese food haha so good

Haha I had no soy so just threw in some "low sodium" teriyaki (still about 300mgs / teaspoon lmao) it was great 2 cups rice 16 oz chicken pounded that down

It's a great morning here in SFL were gunna be adding in 20 mgs winny preworkout and 20mgs PM along with that I'm just gunna go ahead and up my test to 600/week for the last month. I'm feeling slightly better but this mother trucking bug won't leave so I'm gunna focus more on the reps and movement today and keep the weight somewhat light, however it is chest day , so, you know lol
