I have never been impressed with it myself. Definitely didn't like hallucinate or anything lol

Yesterday was a sh1t ass day when it came to diet and training , I was moving and there was a lot going on so just gave in lol. Today woke up and went to hit chest, the workout was ruined cuz I had to rush out do to family situations but all good still got it done. Pinned left quad and it was a smooth transaction probably the best so far.
The workout:
Bench
135x10 185x10 225x5 warmups
275x8 315x4 (was hoping for 6) 285x6 275x3+185x7
Incline dumbbell
90x10 90x10 90x10 90x10+70x3
Chest dips
4x8
Chest press machine
4x12 5-7 second reps
Cable flyes/decline push-up supersets
3x12/12
Triceps
Close grips
185x8 x3
Push downs
140x15 x3 extra slow reps
Dumbbell overhead extension
90x10 x3
Since I was rushed I dropped the weight on everything (after flat) and then just made each rep count and dropped rest to 30-45 seconds between family crap all day and then moving some more , I'd rather someone hang me lol

Nice numbers bro. Glad to hear the pins getting smoother. Got my gear coming in very soon, was thinking 21 1.5 to draw, 25 1 to pin. What u go with
 
Sorry guys , another tough ass day yesterday and sh1t morning, but good news I pulled 365 for an extremely easy 2 next week I'll shoot for 370 for 2 good ones. Changed out the t bars for some power rows at 225 and those felt great light weight but extremely focused movement .
bloodnthunder I'm drawing with an 18 1.5 and pinning with a 25 1in it's getting easier every time my left quad yesterday was cake work, no pip today ether , better every time just sucks the first and second time in each location, and I'm fearing the delt again but I'll do each location twice this run

Nice pulls and at least you are having some luck with a pinning location. That would be depressing if every location reacted like your shoulder...lol

The bb rows were a great idea - tbars are great for size and strength but nothing carries over to the deadlift like a bb row (besides actually pulling more lol). Really builds the grip up too.

Yeah that'd suck lmao I hated the shoulder but I'll get use to it. I was told it's the one you feel the least lmao that could be it too my expectations for pain were low

Lol yeah I usually do them every back day but switched them out the last couple times just so when j go back to it it'll be something new again lol if that makes sense

Shoulder bicep day today was delicious , I believe everything's starting to kick as the pump was out of this world , fuccing painful but hell of a workout finally a good one that wasn't rushed

Lol the fucced up part is Its been great all year and then now 2 weeks in to my cycle is when everything starts fuccing up haha but shoulda just been this weekend/week today was great tomorrow should be good and I'm off work Thursday for chest and back which should be great

Thanks man! It's all good just everyone's stressed nothing too bad and I'm getting back into it! The workouts are getting better , weight gain and mirror aren't showing much yet but I'm just impatient lol

So I may or may not have ~25 caps of super dmz 3.0Invalid Link Removed dmz 10mgs Msten 10mgs and Alpha 1 10mgs and I have ~8 days left of my other dmz at 30mgs so I thought about bumping it up to 35mgs dmz 20 msten 20 alpha 1 (1 15mg dmz and 2 sdmz) for 8 days and then 5 days of 2 and 2 (50 mgs dmz 20 msten 20 alpha 1) what do you guys think ?
 
I say go for it lol. Make sure and get enough water. And make sure you get them gainz.

Gallon and a half minimum daily! I'm not sure I'll get too much of a crazy benefit from the other two compounds since its 12 days but at least it'll help me raise my dmz dose
