Haha the last time it happened it was a trainer (in the middle of a session) who wanted to complain when I was deadlifting 365 I believe and I told her that she's not aloud to say crap until she starts racking her weights (she was on the leg press) and then she got defensive and the client started complaining why don't you rack them , I wanted to say "why don't you stay quiet till you actually see results been paying 200 a month for the entire year and look no better then when tou started" but I put my hood back on and turned my back on them and really started slamming the weights then she went up to the manager and he told her leave me alone haha

Lmao that's nasty bro, funny thing is I way over ate at like 5 today and ended up in a nasty food coma feeling like turd for 3 hours of feeling like crap hah, wasn't gunna cheat meal but the ol lady's going out of town tomorrow so we went out for all you can eat sushi lol feel like I'm about to blow up like them

Btw my favorite clean cheat is Chipolte chicken and steak combo burrito with white rice and shredded cheese, about 1000 cals and 100g of protein.
Oh man that rice they got I feel like each 1 cup of uncooked rice gets like a half stick of butter... Or something it's too damn good. (Contemplating one right now). First y'all talking all you can eat sushi, now my other great downfall the mega burrito. I'm going to keep reading but I may have to finish reading the rest of the post at the sushi bar lol!
 
I agree with you there but , I believe in a bulk lean red meats still have their place specially like bison , lean beef , skirt steak , Filet mignon , NY strip, punta , London broil , HUGE BACON BURGERS WITH AN EGG AND FRIED ONIONS ON TOP!

Oh God, "runs to 5 guys". I don't actually think I'll ever be able to give up a giant bacon burger. Double Patty, with cheese, and... F' it lets get some mayonnaise on the bun. I'll then take the fries and placed them in-between the two pattys. Add about 2 liters of ketchup and g2g.
 
I always smashed some donuts before max day while I was in lifting class in HS. Finished them off with a monster energy drink.

As for red meat, that's like an every day kind of thing for me. 70/30 cooked with taco seasoning and drained is my college staple. Makes me bloated af from all the sodium tho.

Dude like I didn't know it was possible to actually consume that much fat in about the 3 minutes it takes me to devour one. Lol. Can you imagine if you like worked there and got free burgers? A gym membership would need to be in the benefits package for certain.

It makes sense if you don't eat the bun and are on a keto protocol...but I've never successfully gotten into keto. Doesn't work well for strength, as it turns out

Actually it was fat happy and totally asleep for like 20 good minutes until my coworker woke me up and told me I was snoring. Lol. I work a 13 hour overnight shift desk job so it was like taking a valium. I couldn't fight it! Good thing the mangers don't work nights or that might have been bag!

I tried it and yes not only no strength but no ability to stay awake. I mean you need SOME carbs just to process the fats. How long did you go for? I think i gave up too fast, only made it a week...haha.
