Whats going on everybody ! Alpha here to log my very first Real cycle so start with the boring stuff and get better
Stats:
Height 5'10.5
Weight 190.9
According to my school machine 11.2% body fat i don't think it's 100% accurate but I'll be using it throughout the cycle to measure wether it goes up or down with the same machine
Years lifting ~4.5
History Took some Sarms last year (osta lgd rad140) some andros this year (1,4,epi,5) and now moving to the big guns
Cycle 12 weeks
Test E 440/week 1-8 500/ week 9-12 (Sunday Thursday pins)
DMZ 30mgs/day week 1-4 (morning afternoon)
LGD 10mgs/day week 1-6
Hcg weeks 2-12 250 mg e4d
Exemastane weeks 1-12 eod 12.5mg
Pct:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5
Alphamax xt 4 weeks (followed by super pct 4 weeks)
Sustain Alpha 8 weeks
Also adding Natty stack to be determined! Don't want no sh1t for not having it ready as its not even necessary lol
Haven't gone for 1rm in a long time but I'll be logging workouts to see strength increase
Diet will start at 3700 calories and gradually increase to 4500

Got cel cycle assist and tudca and even some GAT stuff for supports plus fish oil and all that good stuff
Need suggestions on this : should I finish up with 4-6 weeks on winny 50mg Ed? Anything else I should add ?
