So i jacked up my thyroid past few weeks due to just going all out of junk food, didnt workout or exercise, binged on so much sugar and now gained decent amount of weight, got some skin tags on my neck and my eyebrows are shedding. couple years back i did the same and alpha t2 got me back to normal within a few a weeks. anyone know anything good to boost thyroid other than iodine or t3?

Not really, i have used 3,5 T2 at 1200 mcg and did not notice much, i also would not think it would be wise messing with the thyroid as a quick fix due to the potential problems with suppression that could cause rebound when coming off, fat gain also does not happen overnight if you have been eating high carbs - sugar then water weight would account for a large portion with the addition of fat due to de novo lipogenesis, i would recommend just cleaning up your diet and do not see any reason why thyroid would be affected, if anything metabolism would be up from eating more calories.

Yeah im not so sure you should be worrying about harming the thyroid with an average diet. Just focus on reducing Calories and a fat burner like Lean Edge to get you back on track.

So, Paul and I are the two stupid Guinea pigs. I have run this at 1200 mg, maybe even a little higher. It is likely not safe at that level, and I do not recommend anyone try it, especially since you have Paul and I who were both dumb enough to experiment with it. We had the same experience. T2 even at unsafe levels seems to have almost no impact and that almost is probably just being kind.

If you think you have a thyroid issue, by all means, see a doctor.
