I don’t want to lose the 7 keto.

What about Ultra Hard with 7 Keto?

Also could I add Dermacrine to Ultra Hard?

Yes. I think it would be an interesting stack. May want to add dermacrine also.

You could choose to ultra hard instead of either.

Dermacrine is compatible with all of these stacks. Great for a test base.

7/ultra hard would make a great fat loss/recomp and hardening. Definitely good to go

How long can these be ran as I want to run Ultra Hard with 7 keto TD after?

I think you would be ok with sustain. I’ve used just that with stronger runs without issue.

Agreed. Mild yet very effective stack and sustain is great as well.
 
I’ve ran Alpha Seven with Dermacrine before but adding Alpha Stano what a difference mood and energy wise only 5 days in 😯

This is only making me wish I got Ultra Hard for more epiandro.

After 5 weeks Alpha Seven

Going great good mood, energy, losing fat muscles are pumped although I think my hair is getting thinner by the day 😬

is hair thinning temporary?
