Alpha max

I haven't tried Alphamax yet but I can tell you X gels when dosed properly are very effective. I made some excellent strength gains while on a cut a few months ago. I'm about to use Alphamax in my pct but I have used some of its ingredients before from other products with noticeable effects. Supplements are only meant to give you a slight boost complementing a solid training program and proper diet for your goals. If anyone expects to take a supplement and put on 5-10 lbs of mass in a few weeks then you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

What's properly? I have 2 bottles 8 wks. Should I get more for it to work?
 
Got my bottle in today! Exited for the deep sleep, running a cut with norcodrene with volt or n.o. bull xmt pree with bulk cit mal. Diet really dialed in last couple weeks ran dpol for 4 weeks so excited to keep cutting without losing strength! I'm down 15 to 20 pounds the last six weeks very excited to kick it up a notch worn alpha max

Strength might even go up slightly. Since you're cutting, the deep sleep will really benefit you and your recovery. Are you running Alphamax for 4 or 8 weeks?
 
Two weeks in, sleep remains fantastic which has always been an issue. Much deeper than normal and probably an hour more per night than usual.
 
Lol, yea she's seeing improved sleep and leaning out while increasing strength. All at 8 months :)

Oh I'll run it 8 weeks! On a very strict diet and currently doing mi40 program with extra cardio
 
Hey I sent you a PM. Yes I'm skeptical. Having said that I have 2 bottles of alphamax, 2 bottles of xgels, and 2 bottles of bioforge. And I will take it for 8 wks, But I've been down this rodeo before. Name an OTC supplement and I've used it all and it's pretty much been a waste. Triazole/activate/daa...nothing erase/daa nothing....trione and OTC hgh products nothing. And this is for 8 wks. Then hdrol/11oxo/SD pulse I'm bigger stronger leaner (over the years). I know it's a PH so it will produce greater results but the OTC did nothing...you generally piss out all your vitamins made my pee more yellow. But I still hope for the day that changes.

So 2 bottles of xgels 2 bottles of alphamax and 2 bottles of bioforge....diet will be in check...who thinks this will work just as effectively as 11 oxo, assuming I took the 11 oxo at the cortisol controlling dosage. I have my doubts.
 
You're trying to compare a natty stack to a pH? You should see nice results on The stack you're starting but if you go into it with unrealistic expectations and already thinking it won't work, than I'm afraid nothing will make you happy

11 oxo at low dose has cortisol effects and would probably help retain muscle during cut it wouldn't be amazing and it would be very weak in comparison to all other PHs. if all three I have listed here can't provide a similar effect, which would not be asking a lot to do, why even trick people into buying it. It's pretty much diet/protein plus PH/AAS is the only that really works.

Obviously I do realize I bought all three :), money is burning a whole in my pocket.
 
I'm not trying to over-sell this, and I've never used ARA - but I have used 11-oxo at 1 gram per day. My 11-oxo was from a bulk supplier and from CEL and they both seemed about the same. While 11-oxo was definitely effective, I was not blown away by it. It is very subtle and mild, but I am also WAY fat. I am in the midst of losing probably close to 100 pounds and I'm about half way there. With below-optimal diet and loose discipline I was losing weight and gaining strength a little. But nothing dramatic. With more discipline this probably would have been much more pronounced.

Alphamax in the PCT for 11-Oxo had some of the same effects overall, plus some sleep enhancement, more aggression, etc. It was subtle too, but I expected less and was more surprised with it than the 11-oxo. This could be an expectation vs. reality issue - I expected a lot from the 11-oxo and it worked, but it didn't meet what I expected exactly. I expected only a little from Alphamax and it exceeded my expectations.

I would think that mixing Alphamax with ARA - based on the feedback both get from this forum and the fact that a lot of people claim that ARA is the strongest natural supplement out there - would be pretty damned similar to 11-oxo at moderate to high doses. But expectations can cloud this greatly...

I hope you're right. Should I get another bottle or two and bump ArA to 8 caps a day. Or add anything else. I don't want to be disappointed.

Looks solid my man, some people run x gels at 1.5g/workout but ive never heard of 2g... Id start out at 1g, see how that goes for a bit, if you arent feeling much or like what you feel and want more, then maybe bump up to 6 caps/1.5g day. Cant imagine the pumps at 2g/day...

I do 2g. It's awesome. Painful pumps.
 
I think it is easy to go with the more is better approach - but you are stacking couple of great products and you should start off slowly, IMO. Get a feel for it and adjust in an intentional manner, rather than just shooting at bigger doses and not knowing what a smaller dose does. This is how I've always attacked 11-Oxo. I started at 300 mg originally and built up in that cycle to 1,000 mg. This told me that, in that case, I started seeing real results around 600 mg and then my next cycle I spent the entire time between 600-1000 mg.

On the other hand I stacked Norcodrene and Diablo and was generally taking 2 scoops of diablo and 2 pills of Norcodrene in the morning and then 1 scoop/1 pill in the afternoon. I started off with 1 scoop of diablo and 1 norcodrene, then ramped up quickly to 3 scoops of diablo (at which point I realized the diablo was not effecting me all that much from a stimulant standpoint) and then I started bumping up the Norco and I could really tell a difference there, until I adjusted. Then, as I became tolerant I worked my way up to 5 pills of Nocrocdrene and 4 scoops of Diablo/day - but found that the sides did not produce greater results and dropped to a 4 pills of norcodrene and 2 scoops of diablo regimen for the remainder of the cycle (which is still a lot). It is good to play with dosing, but if I had just started at the top, I wouldn't have known how much of it I was wasting.
 
So I just got my alpha max today and am I reading it right that I take 4 a day? Do I need 2 bottles for a 30 day cycle?

2 bottle will last for 8 weeks. Dose two pre workout if you workout in the morning or early PM, and 2 pre bed. Try to have 6-8 hours between doses.
