Alpha max Xt emptied in water

Hi,

I can’t swallow large pills so was wondering if these can be emptied into water or a shake to drink.

Will this affect the absorption?

Should not be any issues with absorbtion but, man it's going to taste aweful. You can try mixing it in apple sauce like old people lol

Alphamax caps aren't too big. Have you received the bottle and looked at them yet? It's 4 caps daily, so if you do go this route you have to choke it down 2x a day

Have you tried water in mouth, add pills and slam head back to swallow? My kids take pills like that.

There aren't any issues/problems with emptying the Alphamax capsules, but as others have said it isn't going to be too tasty. The caps are relatively small so hopefully you'll be able to chug water and get 'em down.

It definitely will taste bad if you try and empty the caps. They aren't overly big. they are pretty normal/standard in terms of pill size. I usually put the pills in my mouth and then drink about a cup of water to wash them all down.
