Alpha mass bottled question

Hope this isn't a stupid question I bought a bottle of alpha mass and I know it's oil base but I was wondering if I got a bad batch because it seems to have little bit of oil settled athe bottom I hoping there not leaking

From Classified section and got awesome deals. More expensive Than hdrol or Epi, for sure.
