Looking for advice about getting absolutely shredded. Diet is clean like woah. Eating real good. Meat and fish, vegetables, oats, quinoa, rice, fruit, yogurt/keefir, bee pollen, pussy. I eat almost no cheat meals, unless it's some sugar in a bar or yogurt. Lift 5-6x a week, plus some cardio when I'm feeling fancy (maybe 2-3 miles MIIT, 2-3x a week).
Anyway, I'm considering bringing in some help via BMP, and then maybe add OL Assas1nate, Alpha Lean 7, and/or True Shred. Would love to hear about your experiences (no homo).
