With the alpha transdermals is it better to dose once in the morning for the day or split it between two doses. Using 4 andro and epi, will probably be adding in 1 andro as well

Either pattern works, but it really depends on if it works for your schedule.

Yeah I guess it would be kind of a pain to bring all my stuff to work for a second dose. Just wanted to see if I'm missing out on max effectiveness by one large dose as opposed to two smaller ones
