Big thanks to the guys over at Alpha Gains for giving me a chance to try out Alpha Stano which is their EpiAndro. This will be in power form and each dose will be measured out on a scale. I plan to dose at 1g with my first meal of the day and then a half gram at night with my last meal.

A bit about myself. Currently sitting at 255 and working my way down to 215 range over a extended period of time. Plan is to maintain as much muscle and strength as possible and excited to see how this helps.
Current macros are
195 grams of protein
180 grams of carbs
60 grams of fat
Training is 4 days a week with each day starting with a compound movement with some accessory work after. Also just started throwing in some 20 min runs 3 days a week as well.
Will post up starting pictures most likely tomorrow and kick log off as soon as product comes in.

Training for the day

Dynamic Incline Bench
9 sets of 3

Pull downs
Lat raises
Tricep pushdowns
Rope curls
4 sets of 12

Recieved my powder saturday night once I got home from work. Took first dosings sunday, which was a work day so no training. 2nd day today also a training day.
Nothing to note over the past 2 days.

Worked to heavy set of 2

Snatch grip high pulls
Heavy, 3 sets of 5

Db rdl
3 sets of 5

Db step up
3 sets of 5

Goblet squats
3 sets of 8

Noticed that I was a bit fuller in the upper body after just the deadlifts and high pulls

Quick update. Having been in the gym due to work. Currently on day 6 of 7 straight. But biggest thing I have noticed is that even though I haven't made it in to training, muscles seem to be staying full and tight even without the training.

most people will say you aren't supposed to even start feeling those effects until at least end of week 2....this isn't ordinary epiandro, imo.

Was gladly able to get back in the gym today.

Went chest and back

Bench with chains
Worked up to 3 heavy singles

Rack dead from below the knee
8 sets of 3

Floor press
Supersetted with
Heavy kb swings

Pullovers
Supersetted with
Cable flys
3 sets of 10

Strength and mood have been fantastic, only side effect so far is this has seemed to turned me into a booty hunter.

Leg day

Squats
Worked up to heavy double
Did a lot of back and forth working up to the double. Would do a heavy set of 3 then back down to a set of 5 at lower weight. Did this for about 6 total sets then hit the double.

Zercher style good mornings

Calf raises
3 sets of 15 with pauses at the bottom

Leg ext
3 sets of 12
Ss with
Heels highly elevated body weight squats
3 sets of 8

Able to some training in today.

Deadlifts
Working up to heavy doubles then we 3 sets at that.
Ed cosner was in the gym today, so was cool deadlifting next to him. Very humbling.

Back down for snatch grip deadlifts
For 3 sets of 8
Barbell rows
3 sets of 10

One arm kb clean and jerks
3 sets of 5
Supersetted with
Kb swing
3 sets of 10

Cable pulldown
6 sets of 10

Zercher carrys
6 sets of 15 years


Overall pump is still good and strength I feel is improving. Other biggest thing is seems I have been able to sleep better and more than normal.
