ALPHA CREW please STAND UP, please STAND UP...

All I know is that I'm ready to get this deload over with. I know it was necessary, but I'm ready to start crushing the weights again.

The Beast unleashed hell today... who the heck does 100, 110, 115, 120 and 125 lb dumbbells back to back with 1 minute rests, and at least 10 reps each... This Guy... and that was just my warmup set...

Supps today was Micro, Prime, Powerfull, and Modern BCAAs with a scoop of TP.. this was my first time dosing Prime before workouts since I no longer have Pink Magic in stock..

it felt good to be back and I cant wait to finish off my mass monster cycle before i start my mild cutting cycle before my best friends wedding..hope you all killed it today as well...

I'm here. Been back after the heavy weights for a few days now. It feels good. Putting up PRs and not even close to failure yet.

Glad to hear my man.. My inventory is done this week then I can relax.. No mo stress but to continue to do damage in the gym...

sick workout today brothers... micro, tp, bcaas, and threw in some maxersion NO from my store.. had a bottle lying around and tried it out.. not too bad.. should have taken a little more. Maxersion NO is just basically micronized arginine.. this form is fine to stack with micro since it is not a nitrate..

What's up guys. Big thanks to Casey for package. Your the best, plan on running it after I'm done with the PES Alphamine.

x2. Still have respect for USPLabs & those that endorse the products & others that are fond of the supplements they make.

Once again Casey thx for the pkg bud.

Depends bro.. make sure you stretch for at least 20 minutes, get is some deep massages and or yoga..

Hitting the gym nice and early for an alpha leg session. Let's get it!

Here is a recent leg day.

Olympic Squats: 3x4-8
Olympic Squats: 5x6-14
Olympic Squats: 5x8-20
Good Mornings: 5x6-12

Trying to keep the reps as high as possible within those ranges leave one rep in the tank each set. For me I started with 335 then 295 then 265. I thought I was going to pass out and/or die after my last 3 sets of squats. Oh and finish the workout in one hour... If you don't feel like you're about to die then you didn't go heavy enough or push yourself hard enough.

By the way, Todays session wasn't quite as bad as the one I posted, but I still had to wipe myself up off the floor by the end. For maximal appreciation of the workout, please make sure all reps are high bar a$$ to grass squats.

Haha.. yeah I see people do half reps and I start laughing because they are so proud of themselves afterward...

Yea thats just embarrassing. Usually i'd be ok with parallel powerlifting squats, BUT again to really appreciate it, it needs to be high bar and butt to ankles. I commented on my workout partners last set that when he finished it looked like he was relieved, mad, excited, in pain and happy all at the same time. My face looked the exact same after my last set.... Finishing the workout was an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. That may sound dumb, but its as real as it gets.

You should be happy that you didn't die after leg days like these.

How'd the session go? Post it up, I am always looking for new sessions.

I love doing walking barbell lunges, but as you walk forward (then backward) you rotate your torso so your elbows are over your knees. Total body workout including the abs. You need to clear out a lot of space in the gym though, otherwise you're decapitating suckers.

Also lunges while basketball passing a 25 pound medicine ball up against a wall is a great explosive exercise I used with my wrestlers to give them explosive power where they'll need it the most.
