Typical day of the Mass Monster...

The days vary depending if I have pull a 12 hour shift or not.

4:30 am-- Wake to make my daughter her bottle, as well as make a 40 gram Pro5 Protein with some oatmeal..

5:30 am-- Train like an animal.. or should i say "HULK SMASH"
Pre Workout is 2 Scoops of MICRO, 2 PowerFull, during workout is 2 scoops of Modern BCAAs mixed with 1 Scoop of TP
7:30 am-- Post Workout Shake, 65 grams with a banana and some fiber.

8:30 am-- Meal 1 usually consists of some light carbs and a lean meat like turkey or turkey bacon.. Depends on if I have the appetite. its all washed down with some Test Powder.

10:30 am-- meal 2 subway is usually the meal since i am working at this time..

12:30 pm-- Meal 3 heavy carbs. im unreal hungry at this time. i usually eat some potatoes with lean steak or chicken.

3:30 pm--Meal 4 is usually a Protein shake 65 grams of Pro5 protein with fiber, and some oatmeal.

6:30 pm-- Meal 5 varies depending on what i feel like eating. usually no carbs since i mostly train fasted now.. Vegetables is a must with some high protein meats. washed down with nearly a half gallon of water.. hahaha

Before bed i like to consume a scoop of Pro5 Proteing which is about 32 grams of protein, blended with ice, and fiber. i dont know why, but this seems to work well for me..

like i said, it all varies from day to day. sometimes i have to pull a 12 hour shift, other days i get off early so i train in the afternoons instead of mornings. once in a while i train at night, but that also depends how i feel..

Supercissus (before bed works best for me)
TP (mixed with my BCAAS, and with my first meal)
Yok3d (mostly on my high cardio days)

Prime (2 with each meal)

Dinner 830pm 9oz smoked Chicken (whole chicken smoked on my pellet grill) w/ Honey drizzled ontop, 6oz Sweet Potato w/ Butter and cinnamon followed by a little bit of salad (store bought iceberg w/ tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers from my garden) 2 Slinshot w/ meal

11pm down my Hemavol and get my Swole on.

midnight Braeburn apple w/ 2 scoops Protein = 48grams

3am 2 scoops Protein + 4 servings Peanut Butter and 1 scoop Alphamine

Total for the day 206g P / 100g C / 73g Fat = 1829kcal

Diet Plan :I have been slowly lowering my carb intake and try not to go over 100g. I generally stay in between 60to100g and Protein stays lower on off days. I am new to keeping a strict diet and have only been doing it for about 4 months. I am in the best shape I have been in the last 7 years and there is no end in sight and I owe alot to my bros here on AM. Stay ALPHA.

Bulk Cissus
Fish Oil
Hemavol
Alphamine

Just because I am not currently taking it doesn't mean I don't have it. I owe alot to USPLabs. I love Jack3d but have stopped taking it right now due to Alphamine. I started taking my physical fitness seriously this year and in Jan I kicked it off with Pink Magic, gave me awesome energy to make it through my "fat" months. Not to worry though bros, I have some micro coming and I am cutting for an Anabeta/TestPowder stack in October. I ran out of my Powerfull samples but will have more for Oct Stack. As soon as the bulk cissus is empty I will have more Super Cissus on the way, I can't bear the taste of the bulk stuff anymore.

Good afternoon brothers.. took my second to my last dose of micro and killed it today.. gonna post my workout on my usplabs forums page.. too much to put here.. hope you all are killing it like I did...
 
Back to work.. my calf was sore this morning so didn't train much.. its an old nagging injury so when it acts up I don't do anything.. hope you all killed it this week.. next week will be brutal as well..
 
I haven't been so Alpha this weekend, tweaked my neck and have been stiff as hell. My wife is a Massage Therapist and I talked her into a massage on Monday...after that I will be starting 5/3/1 (first time)...so I took the weekend off of working out to start fresh Monday night.
 
The last ten days of this training cycle I've been extra alpha. Throwing up big weights for INSANE volume. I'm really beginning to lean out. Everyone is starting to watch me in the gym and attempting to copy my intensity. I think people are scared to work as hard as I am right now though. In a few days, I'm deloading for a week then coming back more intense than ever.

Not quite as lean as my avi, but very close. There are pics from about ten days ago in my log. I may throw some more in tomorrow, depending on how things are looking.

Always good to be the envy of the gym.. people always look for new ways to train... Same here.. people wonder how I can do such heavy weights for high repetitions.. I just tell them it takes years to perfect your form it don't come overnight.. anyways great job staying alpha brother..

Yup neck and back injuries are literally a pain.. rest up, and keep getting those massages.. lomi massages are great..

I'm only 23 and so many people think I'm on or I've done steroids in the past. Then I tell them I've been working out consistently for 9 years now... It changes their perspective and shows that hard work and consistency pays off.
 
So many people don't include "hard work" in their exercise plans. They all want the magic bullet. Stay Alpha brother!

Yea, I have to agree with boro. The major thing people who want to be big, strong, and ripped (that don't achieve it) is consistency. People think oh, I'm going to gain 10lbs in six weeks. They can't achieve it, they turn to steroids and pro hormones, because long term consistency sucks. Being consistent with training and diet can be a PITA, but it is well worth it.
 
couple of rest days, massage and lots of ice....feeling much better. Started 5/3/1 Triumvirate last night, going to love this for sure. I am going to rock this for awhile now and focus on strength. Hope everyone had an Alpha weekend...time to kill it!

^^ this, I joined these forums back in April to get some "quick" info because I wanted to cycle. My buddy hooked me up with 12wks of Test Prop/Winny w/ no PCT. I knew enough to know I need something just didn't know what so I came here. Well not only did I learn about PCT but I learned I needed to wait.
Since then I have tightened up my diet and lost 17lbs of body fat (206 to 189). AM is the second best thing to happen to me...the first was me deciding I was tired of what I saw in the mirror. As of right now I am not going to cycle till late next year at least and am going to run natty stacks in the mean time. I started at 222lb in November and my goal then was to get under 200lb, well I crushed that so now I am going to hit 180.
 
Getting ready to start taking supplements again now I'm feeling healed and it's been about a month no supplements working out.

oh, I am going to use natty stacks for now. Next stack up is AnabetaElite/ErasePro/TestPowder, going to start in October sometime. I switch from nights to days on Oct 8th so I will probably wait until then. I will hit the the TestProp up next year probably in the fall.

I also meant "your" goal...

my goal currently is to get to 180lbs, at 188 as of this morning. Once I hit 180 I will do a clean bulk from there with the above stack. I am not sure what by BF% is right now but I would like to get to 12% or lower. I think I might be high teens right now.

I been only using BCAA's, protein, CoQ10 and fish oil for about 2 months roughly. It's been good to get back to basics plus after surgery I wasn't pushing it so no need to take a bunch of things.
