glad the weekend is here! Got a wedding tomorrow so overall a pretty chill weekend ahead of me. Alphamine just came in so rocking that stuff, awesome so far. 8wks of this then I am going to run TestPowder/Anabeta (if I win the testify stack) if I don't win I am going to run TestPowder, AnabetaElite and Erase Pro.

Yeah eat like an animal to grow like an animal. Man HH I think about all those years I trained hard in the gym when I was younger with small results b/c I was eating like I wanted to be small. What a waste.

I wouldn't think so. Alot of guys like Erase with TP and one ErasePro=3 Erase. Though I might do EP EOD since three Erase a day kiled my joints after awhile. Maybe I could turn it into a 4month stack (TP/ErasePro/TP/ErasePro)

Question: I have a bottle of Recreate and C-20. Also Jack3d Micro. Planning a two month cut; better to stack everything, stagger them, or buy two bottles of each? Considering using Alphamine (sorry for mentioning another brand's product) but I'm wondering about excessive caffeine/stims.

wouldn't combine jack3d
micro with recreate or alphamine.

c20 can be run with any of them

Ditto on this one.. many people look past recreate and jump straight to oxy.. recreate is a great product.. I incorporated it with my FTP.. and will do it again in September after my mass monster phase
 
I've used Recreate in so many situations.
FTP, fighting off hunger during fasting, lean bulking even. it's really versatile

Recreate is one of the most complete fat burners to date. Really like it.
 
If anyone is interested I posted my 12/14 weeks out pics a couple days ago. At two weeks in to my diet I look bigger, and slightly leaner than before.

Over the next two weeks things should start really moving.

Man that was a painful workout... I went heavy for reps.. it's a good thing I have my modern bcaas in hand to help speed my recovery and boost my strength..
 
N-Coumaroyldopamine: found in Compound 20 and Alphamine. Alphamine listed at 10mg. USPLabs = ? Both are beta-2 agonists. By stacking these two, would I be exceeding a recommended dosage? How high of a dosage can be run? I'm unfamiliar with this ingredient.

What's new brothers.. it's daddy daughter day then back to work.. taking a break from the gym to be with my princess.. tomorrow is a different story.. got a few days left of micro and from tomorrow on, its game time.. it's heavy weight for reps again... What you all up to?
 
Leg day...torture to go through but happy once I'm done! Sweet pain.
 
Just finished a pretty ridiculous upper body push day. Chest and tris are completely blown out.

Doing legs tomorrow, its going to be fun. My last leg day I collapsed after each of my last three sets of squats.. tomorrow I get to add more weight and more volume. It's going to be Hell

Just got the chance to log IML Halo Extreme!!! Could not come at a better time this 8 week cut I'm doing is killing my strenght! I'm going ALPHA mode in 2 more weeks look out!!!

Speaking of daddy daughter day, I learned today that I can in fact perform the Heimlich on a child. My daughter (15months old) was choking on my wife's hair clip, turned her over, three good blows to the back and out it came. Wouldn't you know it though she wanted nothing to do with Daddy after because I hit her and tossed her around to turn her over....talk about an adrenaline rush.

The irony of the whole thing is that not more than 10mins before I was telling my wife to not let her have it as it was just big enough for her to choke on and she was putting it in her mouth. My daughter somehow got it from the table after it was taken from her....in that stage where everything is coming into reach and everything goes into her mouth...God help me.

Wow brother.. good job.. daddy's will always have it bad afterwards.. my daughter is daddy's princess so no matter what she always runs through my arms.. sometimes too much tp makes my body solid though that she runs to mommy.

Yea we were all hugs a little while after that. She is still breastfed so the cling to mommy is still strong, soon enough I'll have my daddy's girl!
 
Looks like we were all busy today.. looking forward to tomorrow.. gonna smash even more weights yet again.. about three more servings left in my micro bottle..I must say this is indeed the game changer of pre workouts... Let's start with #1, Nutrition.

Lets discuss your specific, current diet approach. When, what and why do you consume it?
You MUST post a picture of, as I like to call it, Food Porn to be eligible for this micro-contest as taking images or video of your meals is an amazing method of accountability when dieting.

I'll start,

My diet is typically the same structure day/day...
0630 - Wake (MAYBE a 20g "Skips Blend" shake, maybe not - depending on how hungry I am)
0800 - Train like a bawse
1000 - 40-60g True Protein "Skips Blend" and either high fat or high carbs depending on day
1300 - Lean protein (Chicken/Turkey/Eggs/Fish/Tuna), Tons of veggies, usually shoot some foodporn at this time. (lol)
17/1900 - Din-Din - Typical dinners, no real structure but 99% of the time has lean protein, veggies and varying amounts of carbs
21/2200 - 40-60g True Protein "Night Time Formula"

I'm rockin' 98% lean beef (pan fried, drained, washed, seasoned), seasoned baked flounder, bunch of fresh local broccoli, local cucumber and some grape tomatoes. Toss some hot sauce and a little soy sauce to add some spice. Wash down with a serving of TEST Powder and Modern BCAA!
