alpha bulk or test e for first Cycle

All depends on what you know already. Age? Height ? Weight? Bf? How much test do you have? Do you know how to run PCT and on cycle sups?

Test is fine as a first as long as you have done your homework and are ready. Even using a PH you still need to prepare and know what you're doing.

Start by answering the questions above along with diet and training history and go from there.

Weights a bit light but if bf is really low don't see why you couldn't start. I've seen people start a lot lighter. A good rule of thumb is know how to bulk naturally before cycling but I do know how hard it is as I am an ecto also. I have to 4000+ to gain.

*What is you test dosed at? As in mg/ml?*

If its an E/C ester then a shoot twice a week. Use HCG during cycle not in PCT. You want to blast HCG right before PCT.
 
Also in PCT along with Nolva I would run a natty test booster like some DAA or something.

Study these compounds and get the doses down you need to come back and layout everything in detail from week to week and lets see if you got it down and we will go from there.
 
You might see gains from 300 a week which would be two .5ml shots but most go the 400-500mg route first time. Its totally on you. Being first time you should notice it. If you want to do .75ml shots then that would be 450mgs a week.
 
I think I would go the Test E route, being someone whose first 2 cycles were orals(halo, SD/4ad/Stano) now that I'm planning my first inject cycle I kind of wish I would've just studied up and started there in the beginning. It's more effective and you'll get better results.

Remember that in any cycle diet, training, and planning play an equal role to each other and you get out what you put into it.

You're quite ill informed on a lot of what you have to say about a lot of compounds. Clomid is no better than nolva. Nolva blocks e2 better from binding to receptors causing breast tissue to form AND its just as effective in a hpta restart along with the fact it actually helps your lipid profile and has far less sides. From personal experience nolva is far better. There's plenty of information in the pct sub forum stating all that I have. There's also these cool things called books that you should acquaint with, llewellyns anabolics and the steroid bible before you continue to offer advice. Also some first hand knowledge is pretty useful too. Helps sift through the bs. Please Continue to read bro.
 
^^^agreed. The science is behind it but a good bit of people don't like it. I believe it's just like medicine. Some people can handle the sides of one and some the other. So you can't really say for someone else.

Most people don`t like it but....you must try it and see how it makes YOU feel.

Different people react different. Some have slim to nothing at all. Some have extreme break outs.

Best is to be prepared. Everything from dial antibiotic soap, b5 and b12, regular tanning, proactive, to even acutane and antibiotics. Just depends on your degree of acne.

Keeping your levels balanced by not missing shots and your estrogen low and from swinging will help.
