Alpha 1 max cycle

I just want to know what are your guys thoughts on this. How many hours should you spread your alpha 1 dossages?

One in the am and one in the pm with cycle support somewhere in between. So like 8 am and 8 pm for example.

Alpha1 is a pretty damn harsh and potent compound.If i were you i would grab a bottle of OL Tudca.The dosage is between 40-60mg daily it depends a lot of your experience with phs.Just take 1 in AM and 1 PM usually 10-12 hours later
