AlltheWhey Simple and Delicious Shake

Note: You will need a big arse cup for the following

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Skim Milk
  • 2tbsp Natural PB
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate Mint
  • 4-5 Ice Cubs
Nutritional Breakdown
  • 2 cups Skim Milk (1.2g Fat/24.6g Carbs/17g Protein)
  • 2tbsp Natural PB (15g Fat/6g Carbs/9g Protein)
  • 2 large bananas (.9g Fat/62g Carbs/3g Protein)
  • 2 scoops of ATW Chocolate Mint (2g Fat/2g Carbs/44g Protein)
  • 4-5 Ice Cubs
Totals: 19.1g Fat/94.6g Carbs/73g Protein

Caloric Totals:
  • 171.9cals from Fat
  • 378.4cals from Carbs
  • 292cals from Protein
Total Calories:
  • 842.3 Calories
Directions: Pour milk first into the blender, followed by the PB, add Bananas, then Whey on top. I find when they whey is placed on top it works best in the blender. Blend for 60-90 seconds on high. (I made sure it looked very smooth)



I was quite skeptical about how this would turn out with Chocolate Mint but to my surprise, every sip was as delicious as the next. The consistency in this shake is damn enjoyable and I wish I was able to make one every morning.
