Allergy symptoms?

During the fall I feel underarms are a little swollen and neck feels loose, like not as tight. Always weird and really never know what brings it on. Seems like a weird allergy but it’s always about the same time I feel congestion in my throat. Does anyone else have allergic reactions such as this? If so what do you take over the counter. Just feel a little off and diet workouts are the same, just feel bloated to a degree in face.
