So I've been debating for a while about coming off Keto because my performance has suffered, gone from squatting 140kg for 3x10 to struggling with 120kg and the rep range over 10 has suffered too, a small amount of carbs preWO hasn't help all that much, maybe on the first couple of exercises but not much. Plus I'm going to be chucking a bulking anabolic cycle into the mix soon and wanted to take advantage of increased anabolism, MPS and glycogen storage so I can get the most out of my cycle. So anyway I can across this paper about diets and found that there was is no actual fat loss increase between Keto vs high carb diet. I function amazingly well being fat adapted in general but gym performance is more important now ahah I always thought that carbs didn't treat me well, I was chubby but I'm thinking now I was just eating too many!
